Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I was in there in Saturday and the guy at the front counter named Tomarco or something like that was too busy flirting with the woman in front of me. He took their order and held on a long conversation with them. Then he got into an argument with one of the workers. The only reason why I got my order was because I started tapping on the countertop but he still walked away and someone had to tally up my order. Then I ended up bagging my own food.

Very nice location, food is great and so is the service

I asked for SIGNATURE HOT and received normal boneless wings. This is unacceptable, mind you a Spanish lady was taking my order and I had to keep on correcting her, she needs to be fired if you can’t comprehend.

Te chicken is always cooked In old grease. Food is greasey,and not good.

The boneless bundle is a good deal. The chicken is tender and smooth. It is lightly marinated. The restaurant is clean and tidy.

I never knew Popeyes taste so good. This Popeyes tasted superior to the ones in Bmore.

When we walked in the door, the cashier said to us (with a very snotty voice): “what can I get for you?” She was disrespectful off the bat. We needed a few minutes to check the app for any good deals; we could hear her bad mouthing us to her coworkers in the kitchen. When other customers walked in, the cashier was also rude and loud for no reason.

The lobby was very dirty, every table was littered with crumbs and the floor needed to be swept.

We ordered our meal on the app; it only allowed for us to select a small a la carte beverage.

The food was hot and fresh, and the biscuit was perfectly moist. The food at this location is good, but the customer service is lacking.

Picked up Mobil order and was shorted my biscuits and a side. Since I was 5 miles away and did not come back. Although it changed the meal drastically. Unhappy patron.

The employees here definitely have no idea what customer service is. They stare at you like you’re crazy when you go in to get your food. Most of the time it takes at least 25 minutes or longer to get food here, even for a small order and the employees attitudes are horrible, plus it’s dirty

I’m NEVER coming to this Popeyes location ever again. I only came here because I was in the area. I placed an online order at 7:50pm and it said it would be ready at 7:58pm. I got my Order at exactly 8:35pm. That is absolutely ridiculous. There’s no way it takes more than 15-20mins to have those wings out. Camp springs location would never do that. Y’all need some better management or better time consciousness !!!!!

This is the WORSE Popeyes! Placed an order online and get to the store and they only have 2 sides and there is no way to get a refund. No jelly and charged .27 cents for sauce. I ordered 20 pieces of chicken but it doesn’t come with sauce. I will travel out of my way to go to another Popeyes before I come back to this location
