My experience at this location is ALWAYS TERRIBLE! From the employees picking and choosing when they want to service guest on slower days, poor management, and lack of staffing. I actually stopped going however one of my four boys whom where ALL with me saw the family meal commercial. Today was the worst I used my app to order this family meal. Was pulls up due to the food not being ready. After waiting 30mins for my food when going back to the register I noticed my food had been sitting there. Mind you I have 4 children in the car 13-1yr. Then he threw the food saying I need to be patient. It’s ridiculous..

I went to Popeyes today with my mom and nephew before going to wash laundry., I ordered 3 combos from the drive through totaling approx $37. So I get over to the laundromat to park and realized they hadn’t given me my DRINKS. I went back and walked in this time where I had to keep repeating that I had no received my drinks one of the young men that was at the drive through window who gave me my order came around and started slamming the cups on the counter (2) so I politely let him know there was also a strawberry fanta. He caught and attitude insinuating he had already given me my drinks. I responded that he had not and stated from what I spent it’s not that serious for me to lie about the Drinks. He adamantly stated he had given me my drinks and I told him he could run the cameras back. I then asked for a manager he said I am the manager.

I wanted to leave a special shout-out to the manager who was working the night of 9/23/25. Even though the team under her didn’t provide the best service and my food wasn’t fresh, she personally made the effort to make things right and that meant a lot to me. It didn’t seem like she was having the best night herself, but she still showed up and stepped in with professionalism and kindness. I may have forgotten her name, but I won’t forget how she handled the situation. To the manager: I just want to send you some encouragement. Whatever you’re going through, please know this isn’t your final stop. Whatever your heart desires it’s on its way. I might not come back to this location, but I truly hope that one day I’ll cross paths with you again and hear that you’ve moved on from Popeyes and are doing something amazing for yourself. Wishing you all the best on your journey.

I had a truly disappointing experience with this restaurant. When we opened the food, it was less than ten minutes late, and on top of that, the order was incorrect and missing items, wrong items which included the soda. Ordered a Sprite they gave a water. It’s frustrating to see such poor attention to detail and lack of accuracy. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would.

The service is terrible, the staff at lazy, I just ordered from there with Uber and it took them over 2 hours with nothing to show for it and when the time came for my order to be picked up they said they didn't have it and I was forced to cancel! Take my advice and never order from this place unless it's face to face so they don't screw up
