“We were very excited to try this vegan icecream and it was worth the hype in the reviews.The gentleman who owns the shop was generous with his time, giving us tastes, and explaining flavors to us. He was very nice!The icecream is very, very creamy and just the right amount of melty. The flavors are quite sophisticated! Extremely fresh.We got the blueberry cheesecake and horchata icecream sandwich (on absolutely delicious oatmeal raisin cookies). We loved them both.Go support!!“

The ice cream itself is quite delightful and the waffles are soft, yet crispy and the extra surprise that you get when you bite into each of the bubbles depending on what filling you get inside is what makes it such a unique dessert! “After walking by Buns & Roses multiple times and always wishing it was dessert time, we finally made it happen today and were rewarded with a uniquely delicious dessert and very friendly, welcoming service.As you might have guessed, the chimney cones themselves are the star of the show here and appear to be handcrafted with great attention to detail, with a marshmallow at the bottom to keep all the ice cream from dripping out.We definitely want to come back again - I would like to try the coated chimney cakes next time, and the apple dumpling sounds great, too.The owner/employees here are welcoming to everyone who comes by and very clearly care about their customers.“
“Got the cookie dough hard serve and it was tasty - thought it could use more cookie dough pieces though. My boyfriend got amaretto soft serve and it was a generous amount - tasted like vanilla with an amaretto after taste. The pup cups are absolutely amazing and we got the peanut butter one for our furry friend. Was super nice so we waited in the outdoor line, and got to see all the excited dogs waiting for their own pup cups.“
“My boyfriend and I came here today for the first time. He has been wanting to try Pauly’s for a while. He passes this place during his commute and was so curious about the food as good restaurants are hard to come by. The service was exceptional! The ladies working here were very friendly and professional. My sub was delicious ? I forgot to take a picture as I dove into it as soon as it arrived. My wings were ok they were your regular buffalo wings but regardless we will definitely be back to try more of the menu. Thank you for a wonderful experience.“
