“The young ladies working were very polite and friendly. What we ordered was made nicely and not skimpy. However, the owner of this location needs to block the parking space by the window. There are plenty of good parking spaces near by (They are all close enough to be Handy-Cap), but someone pulled into that space very abruptly (As if telling everyone to get the h3!! out of their way), and uncomfortably close to the patrons social distancing in line. And this driver came especially close to a lady who was visibly startled with her baby in a stroller. Establishments can’t assume all customers are going to be reasonable, cordial or civilized. Otherwise, this was a very pleasant experience.“

“After walking by Buns & Roses multiple times and always wishing it was dessert time, we finally made it happen today and were rewarded with a uniquely delicious dessert and very friendly, welcoming service.As you might have guessed, the chimney cones themselves are the star of the show here and appear to be handcrafted with great attention to detail, with a marshmallow at the bottom to keep all the ice cream from dripping out.We definitely want to come back again - I would like to try the coated chimney cakes next time, and the apple dumpling sounds great, too.The owner/employees here are welcoming to everyone who comes by and very clearly care about their customers.“

My boyfriend got amaretto soft serve and it was a generous amount - tasted like vanilla with an amaretto after taste. Was super nice so we waited in the outdoor line, and got to see all the excited dogs waiting for their own pup cups.“

“I had to try this place. What a hidden gem. I was greeted by this charming gentleman behind the bar. I ordered a deli turkey sandwich to go. It's all custom made. I got the sandwich with rye bread toasted, the freshest lettuce, Swiss cheese, tomato, mustard and mayo. It comes with a variety of flavored chips. I got the everything bagel. The sandwich tasted delicious with the crispy rye contrasting nicely with the fresh turkey meat and produce. The chips were also very tasty and situated right next to the sandwich. This lunch cost under $10 which I think is a steal. I look forward to trying the other lunch options. Since it was Tuesday they offered tacos. I almost ordered it but really wanted a sandwich. What a great place to enjoy a casual lunch.“

I have been ordering a cheesecake from Sumayyah for the last couple of years because my little sister specifically requests it every time she visits me from out of town. It is so so rich and delicious. This year, Sumayyah was so kind and delivered the cheesecake to me in a pinch which was so helpful. Highly recommend picking up some baked goods from Codetta for any occasion. Also- if her annual cookout comes around again this summer- DO NOT MISS IT! It was fantastic!“

I've had boba tea in California, Europe, Georgia, NYC, etc. and this place was probably the best I've ever tried. I even had to go back the next day to order this drink again. The matcha flavoring was delicious and I loved I could order it with 0 added sugar. The tapioca pearls were the perfect consistency and not too sweat. The milk cap had the perfect balance of salty and sweet plus the ratio they added to the drink was perfect as well. I also appreciated that they did not overload the drink with ice and gave you a good amount of drink for the price.This place was si okay amazing. It didn't taste fake and full of fake low quality pre-made boba mixed. Honestly I can't recommend their matcha boba with a milk cap enough. I will be dreaming about this drink until I visit MD again. “The service was great when we first started then went down. Ordered steamed mussels but ended up with steamed clams. Was my fault that I didn't say anything but the server became hard to locate. My only complaint is I went there on Friday, June 7, 2023, wanting a snowball so badly and they were locked up, closed, with no sign as to why. Only had the open hours on a sign. This was about 4 o'clock in the afternoon. I was so disappointed. I really, really was looking forward to having a snowball.“
“I wish I could give Vaccaro's 10 stars. It is one of the best Italian pastry shops in the country. I was in Baltimore for three days and went there every day. Their Napoleons are decadent. The cookies are prepared with wonderful flavors and choices. My fiancé loves the cookies with the sprinkles on them shaped as stars or hearts. I love the pine nut cookies . The Chocolate eClair is massive but amazing. I start by cutting it up and take a week to eat it. It is about 12 inches long. We got chip at dips for the cannolis and also an apple eclair and gelato. there's something for everyone. Highly recommend stopping here anytime“

“This place is a small, woman-owned business that sells fresh juices, smoothies, assorted beverages and snacks, and sandwiches. There is also a cooler display shelf of homemade desserts which looked delicious. I stopped in late one morning for a smoothie and sandwich. The shop is very clean and the vibe is friendly. The woman behind the counter was nice, if not a little shy (totally fine). I wish they opened a little earlier for the sake of breakfast on the weekends. Google says it opens at 9am but it doesn't really open until 11am. It was $5.80 for medium Caribbean smoothie, which was very good and refreshing. You could tell she used fresh ingredients and it was a better price than I've found from other juice/smoothie places in the area. I also ordered a turkey club sandwich, which was decent. I'd say it was one step up from a nice sandwich I might make myself at home. It was a good size, but I wish it had been cut down the middle for easier eating. As mentioned, though fresh and hefty, it was a little plain-- another zing-y condiment like spicy mustard would have knocked this up a notch, but I'm sure you could make a special request. At $7 it may be a dollar overpriced, but for the convenience and good quality ingredients it may be worth it. I plan to go back and try the breakfast sandwiches as well as the cold homemade desserts. “One of my favorite soft serve places to go with friends. Small selection of ice cream but toppings are abundant. They have a drive thru, outside seat and indoor seating. They even have a miss twist truck I’ve seen at events. My closest friend has a dream to have miss twist at her wedding. We are probably many years from the wedding but I look forward to it lol“
