She showed me around explained the process let me try from the LITERAL WALL OF FLAVORS! The conversation alone was worth the visit but the shaved ice … YUM I went with Silver Fox! “I stopped by Pitango for dessert, and it definitely hit the spot! 😋 I tried two flavors: Stracciatella (vanilla with chocolate chips) and Fondente (dark chocolate). I don't usually eat gelato, so I was pleasantly surprised by the creaminess. The service was excellent; I wasn’t sure what to choose, but the cashier helped me by offering samples and sharing details about each flavor I tried. One of the chocolate flavors I sampled was incredibly rich and chocolatey—it's water-based and vegan-friendly, which was a first for me! The restaurant was nice, clean, and had indoor seating that could accommodate several people, but I decided to take my treat to go.“

“When this Rita's in Rosedale first opened, I was 15. This was 1995. It was my first job. I was driving past and my daughter asked me for Rita's. So, I said yes. I was glad to see that they are still employing the youth. I got Juicy Pear. I highly recommend. ?“

“We just moved to Baltimore 1 week ago and we didn't know where to go to get food. After wandering the city for a hour we stumbled upon this little bakery. This place is a hidden gem. The food is hot and fresh. Full of flavor. The people were very friendly and helpful. We couldn't understand Spanish but some local men were able to help translate for us. The bakery is delicious. It has a family feel but is also professionally clean and organized. I love this place, will be back again ❤️❤️❤️ absolutely worth every dollar spent.“

“Karen is an amazing baker. She saved the day after we were let down for our wedding cake. She delivered a beautiful 3 tiered cake. The flavours were a delicious lemon with lemon curd, vanilla and raspberry and chocolate biscuit cake. All our guests were raving about it. Couldn't recommend her enough 😊💕“

“Overall enjoyable; we got two sundaes: Peach Cobbler and Strawberry Sundae, which we liked better than the peach.STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE SUNDAEThe strawberry compote is the winner here since you get this sweet syrupy fresh strawberry flavor running through the strawberry ice cream and the graham cracker crumbles don't get moistened by everything going on, maintaining their satisfyingly crumbly texture.PEACH COBBLER SUNDAEGood overall but having a vanilla ice cream base means needing quite a bit going on to make sure you don't just taste vanilla which unfortunately was a lot of what I tasted. The bottom had the peach compote/peaches (which either are canned or simmered as whole slices to make the compote since they were very tender and syrupy). The top had some drizzle which was good but gone after you get that initial layer of ice cream. Not much else texture wise to provide contrast. Maybe use peaches and cream ice cream? Or integrate peaches into the vanilla?The ice cream in general is good - nothing outstanding, but classic and yummy. It's hard to make bad ice cream and it was honestly enjoyable!“

“Love the ice cream, but they were soooo backed up on a Monday night with only 2 people serving it was ridiculous. I waited in line for 30 mins. I just got a birthday cake, and both guys went in the back and took 10 mins just to put it in a box! Never again“

“The three person staff was absolutely on top of everything. These were the best hotdogs I’ve had in a long time. The hot dogs are fried to deliciousness. I had mine the classic way. Alas, the kiddie size. The smallest size. Is like $5 and some change. Five dollars for a kiddie cone? ??♂️ And so, though I love Rita's inflation got me messed up and I'll only be frequenting there once a quarter.“

“This insomnia location is clean and quaint. My baker Keshia was friendly and made recommendations for me. She is great at upselling because I purchased more than I came to get but that is me not having self-restraint once it comes to Insomnia Cookies. I tried the limited time Cloud 9 Cravings cookie and it was delicious. You get a taste of that buttery sugar cookie and then is hit with the marshmallow. The cookie was done right, not too sweet but just the right amount to satisfy a sweet tooth. Looking forward to coming back for this cookie and the Campfire S’mores once it comes back again.“

“For as expensive as it can be to order food for a family from here, we do expect warm and fresh food. our food was barely room tempature and definitely old fries. The ice cream had hair in it. This place has gone down hill fast. Would not recommend.“

“We have snowballs here all summer long and still in September they never get old.. so many flavors to chooae from, and soo good. They have perfect shaved ice... never melted and never chunky. The marshmallow's texture is perfect even when it's in the middle..it doesn't ever get too chewy. The icing on the cake is the prices. They are beyond reasonable, and even better, there's a place to sit and enjoy your snowball without a lot of noise. Love this snowball stand!“
