The restaurant recently catered one of the local office's events, where they were kind, receptive, and helpful with all instructions. They went out of their way to make the event a success, and the customer would definitely consider them for another event in the future.
One customer took their Ace to get his first pup cup, and they really enjoyed themselves. The two young ladies working there were inviting and had great hospitality, earning a 10/10 rating.
The restaurant also handled a large group order of 47 ices after a Harbor Cruise seamlessly. From the pre-orders to the pick-up, everything worked out great with professionalism from all Rita's staff involved, and the customer highly recommends this location.
