It was really good. Custard on an Italian ice. I have never had that before.
Where do I begin? I stopped by this Rita's Labor Day Weekend on my way back to the west coast and this was a non-negotiable on my to-do list because being from DE, I grew up with Rita's, but I'm deprived now. Well, the young ladies who helped me made the experience even better. They were kind, knowledgeable of their Rita's history and definitely completed the experience for me with that visit. Nice gelati on a summer day
Rita's Italian Ice Inner Harbor is a popular spot to enjoy a sweet treat while taking in the sights of the pier. The restaurant offers frozen custard and Italian ice, with generous portions and a unique combination that pairs well together. While some may find the prices a bit higher than other locations, the quality and location make it well worth the extra cost. With friendly staff and a convenient location, Rita's is a great place to stop for a snack on a hot day.
The restaurant recently catered one of the local office's events, where they were kind, receptive, and helpful with all instructions. They went out of their way to make the event a success, and the customer would definitely consider them for another event in the future.
One customer took their Ace to get his first pup cup, and they really enjoyed themselves. The two young ladies working there were inviting and had great hospitality, earning a 10/10 rating.
The restaurant also handled a large group order of 47 ices after a Harbor Cruise seamlessly. From the pre-orders to the pick-up, everything worked out great with professionalism from all Rita's staff involved, and the customer highly recommends this location.
