I went to this location and thought I would good service. The nice lady took who took my order, advised her coworker I asked for a well done sausage on my sandwich and a fresh hash brown. I got the opposite. When I spoke up. A Spanish lady who I believe is a manager, took her employee side although he was wrong. She also said I can get out. Everytime I come here. They're not taking orders. They have an excuse for everything. Employee told me they're taking orders due to shift change. What on earth does that have to do for ordering? It seems to me the they don't want to work. The McDonald's corporation needs to shut this location down due to their unprofessional attitude.

our food was brought out almost 10 mins after ordering, Almost handed to the wrong care. Food temp at this time wasn't even warm and the fries were half filled. Had to go back into the store because the forgot part of my order. Will not be ordering from this location again. This the the 3rd time we have been extremely displeased in our food from this restaurant and how the staff is.
