“When we went in we told the guy 3 of us he just pointed at the menus so I asked if we can just sit anywhere because there is a sign that says please wait to be seated he said yes maybe 10 minutes lates he came over and asked what we wanted to drink we put in drink orders and he went on his way maybe another 5 minutes passed he came and got our dinner order and again went in his way we called him over because our utensils were dirty so we needed new ones no problem he brought them over 20/25 minutes later he brings our food portions were great very big and food was delicious but still no drinks we asked him when he brought food he apologized said he forgot someone else walked in he tended to them still no drinks I finally got up and went and asked for the drinking the counter which then he brought over service is really crappy but food was very flavorful and delicious“

“Wonderful experience at Alma. Beautiful restaurant with beautiful dishes and plate ware. The ambiance was divine.
We got tequenos, cauliflower, and hamachi. That was the best hamachi I ever had. It was sweet, tart, and salty. The yellow tail melted in my mouth. The Arroz con Chipi-Chipi reminded me of Paella. The Bienmasabe desert was tasty. It was sponge cake, coconut ice cream and chewy jellies for texture. The punch like a lady cocktail was refreshing not too sweet. Something about having it on the rocks took it over.
We were well taken by our servers.“

“I come here fairly frequently for breakfast and the food is always great. A little greasy sometimes but that’s no big deal since it’s so tasty and you can always just dab it with a napkin. Their cold brew is straight up the best I’ve had in the city. Something worth noting - the wait can be a little long during lunch time so I recommend ordering ahead.“

“These empanadas are SO good I drive from the other side of Baltimore to get them sometimes. I particularly recommend the chicken pesto and chorizo potato ones. They all have their names pressed into the edge of the empanada which is so cute and handy to differentiate them. Don't skip the sauce, it makes them even more yummy. The staff are very friendly and helpful too!
It can be a bit hard to find parking depending on the time of day, but that's how it is at cross street market and the empanadas are worth it. I've never had trouble finding a table to sit at.“

“I drove up and down Route 40 the other day looking for a place to eat. Nowhere and nothing really caught my eye.Stopped for gas. Saw their little truck in the parking lot. I thought, why not? At first, I thought it was abandoned from the looks of it. But, no. They were steady plugging out food to drivers pulling up.I got the carnitas tacos. Tender. Juicy. And made fresh with a lot of love. Even the tortillas were scratch made. You can't go wrong here.“

“Recently, we visited Poyoteca and were thoroughly impressed by the freshness of their food and the high quality of their service. This casual Peruvian cuisine offers an exceptional family meal, featuring a delectable rotisserie chicken, three sides, and complimentary yellow and green sauces. We also sampled the Flan, which was exceptionally delicious.
We would like to express our gratitude to Manuel for providing us with a memorable experience and the exceptional customer service provided by the staff members in front of the establishment. We would particularly commend the individual responsible for the rotisserie chicken counter service, who consistently demonstrated a high level of energy and a warm smile.
Thank you once again for the exceptional food and service at Poyoteca.“

“My daughters lived in student housing at UMB down the street from the New Lexington Market. Out of all the establishments there, we choose to try Tio G's. The food is often the chain. It will be one of our regular spots. Also, they are being on giving back to the community.“

“I wrote a review earlier about how amazing the food was. Dissapointing...I had my friend pickup another order for me and HE GOT MORE FOOD FOR THE SAME ORDER.WOW!SIS... I hear you....you don't want me to come back. I know you don't care but ill stay away from your lil eatery and let others know as well.I got a scoop of rice and very little meat on the tacos. I assumed thats just how you run your lil place.Clearly you just decided to give me a little bit of food for $14....that's crazyMy friend was white and got so much food for the same order. What a joke!“

“A small bakery with a restaurant. They serve authentic Latin cuisines and fresh bakery items. You can smell the fresh bread, cupcakes, and donuts. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed here. They also have a few items that you can order à la carte.“

“I've been meaning to try this truck for weeks & finally made it there on 9/17. El Taco Loco was worth the wait! I had the Asada, Chorizo & Pork Carnitas tacos. All 3 were yummy but the spicy Chorizo was my fave. At $5.00 each, the 3 corn tacos were a bit small but made for a tasty late-day snack. My only complaint was that there was no red salsa, guacamole & sour creama to top them with. The owner chef did garnish each taco with avocado slices, but plain avocado has no taste -- I need guacamole! There was also a tiny (1 teasp. worth!) container of green sauce that tasted of avocados & tomatillos, but it wasn't anough to apply to 3 tacos! yours truly likes her traditional OG taco toppings. But overall, what I had was Delicioso! I will definitely be back to El Taco Loco very soon to check out the rest of the menu.“
