The beans & rice were very flavorful but dry. Had our dog with us so we sat at a sidewalk table. Server was very friendly and helpful.“

“This is a great place! It’s laid back with great food drinks and service. It’s also Black owned and the price point is actually really good for the quality of the food they provide. They also play great music and have TV’s everywhere!!! Silks is a great place to watch a game or see a fight. Parking is not a hassle and Towson is one of the nicer parts of Baltimore close to other stores and shops. Believe it or not the croutons on the Cesar salad were some of the best croutons I had in my life! Whatever the batter is that they use on the fries is incredible. The wings are solid. They also have a brunch menu! The waffles, Pancakes,
Fish and grits, and lamb and eggs are some of the most popular dishes for brunch . They also don’t miss when it comes to the drinks . Coming from out of town , I was glad to have stumbled upon this gem. If you want friendly service, great food , and a cool ambiance this is the place to be.“

“On a slighty busy Wednesday morning/ afternoon. My server was Kishiya. She was busy but consistently moving and helping everyone out. it was my kids birthday and she made it super special giving him a sundae with his name on it and sung him happy birthday. we had a rough start but once entering fridays kishiya was there at the host stand and greeted us with open arms! even got him an extra scoop of icecream once she heard he got all A’s on his report card slip. the food was a 4/5 my fries were cold but our server got us more! thanks again to the staff but more importantly kishiya for making our experience nothing short but amazing! see you soon!“

“I just wanted to say what an awesome experience Barracudas and Billy provided for my family. We held a surprise 90th birthday party for my Mom there on Saturday and it was perfect. The food was delicious as usual and the service was phenomenal. Abby did a great job taking care of us. Big shout out to the kitchen staff and everyone else who assisted in making my Mom feel loved and appreciated. I live 2 hours from the restaurant, but I make it a point to stop in almost everytime for food and drinks. Everyone has their own opinion concerning the restaurant and staff. In 10 years I have never had a bad experience here or seen anything out of the ordinary reacting to the staff or ownership. I have seen intoxicated patrons but that's it. Do yourself a favor and stop in for a meal or a drink. You won't be disappointed.“

“This is my go-to when all else fails and also when I just want to chill and be out. Always love my bartender Star and ebony they are always nice and get me right. The drinks and food be on point. Cool place to watch sports they have tvs all around. Some nights it's a dj mainly on weekends. The owner George is very nice he is the cook and he also makes sure everyone is good. Must stop in and check them out.

Parking: Has a parking lot and street parking also.
