I have been here quite a few times, but every time the service is even better than before. The most recent time, they were very accommodating for my large party. Thank you to Michael for getting us in, and our two servers for treating us so well.
There are a lot of cool things about this place (pleasant staff, good beer, lots of space, and great view of the river). Crab cakes were pretty good, but sadly the rest of food wasn’t that great (at least for the price). Sure, portions were large, but the tacos lacked flavor, duck fries were average, and the seafood platter was a sea of deep fried brown.
Great food, great customer service, and a magnificent view of both the St. Mary's and Potomac Rivers. The oysters Rockefeller was quite excellent and my steak was a perfect medium rare.
