“Loved this Starbucks! The baristas were so nice. They greeted me and were attentive. After I picked up my mobile order, which was perfect and ready to go, I was mixing my drink with a straw and they asked if I was waiting for anything else. Highly recommend this location.

“After sitting in line for 15 minutes i finally get my food and realize they forgot my honey mustard. I would not be complaining if this was a once and awhile occurrence but this is the 4th time in a row which it was one thing when they where free now they charge extra and don't put them in the bag. And then when I tried to go in the inside was locked and i couldn't even go inside“

“We stopped here on our drive back to NJ because we desperately needed coffee. My wife ordered a Cocoa Mocha Latte, so naturally I was expecting to sit there for 20 minutes.
Nope.
This place operates like an F1 pit crew. We paid, turned the corner, and somehow our donuts AND coffees were already sitting there waiting for us.
I’m not even exaggerating when I say our GPS ETA actually went DOWN by 2 minutes after stopping at Dunkin.

I have no idea what kind of operation they’re running here, but every Dunkin needs to take notes. Absolutely incredible. 🤯“
