How is they repeat your order at the drive thru and then put it on the screen but the people who bag the order get is ALL wrong? I ordered a sausage biscut with strawberry jam. I received a sausage with cheese (yuck) on an english muffin and no jam. The simpler the order the more difficult it is for them to get it right. so disappointing.
This is the best McDonald’s I’ve been to in years. The food was fresh, the drinks were amazing. Everything was tops. I really enjoyed eating here.
This McDonald’s on Liberty Road in Randallstown is one of my favorite stops on the way to work. Every visit has been quick, efficient, and hassle-free.
The dual drive-thru lanes help keep traffic moving, and my turnaround time was less than five minutes. My order was fresh, piping hot, and exactly as requested. I was also able to use my discount offers through the McDonald’s app, which made the meal an even better value.

McDonald's is known for its quick service, even during peak hours. The food is hot and tasty, and this location stands out among others in the area. The food is always neat and put together well compared to other locations, and the place is kept clean. The staff is very professional, offering good service and fast food. While the taste is decent, some orders may be incomplete or sloppily packaged. The overall customer service and food quality have improved significantly.
