“From the time you enter the door, staff always politely welcomes you to the brand. With huge smiles and direct eye contact, staff have a driven purpose to serve your needs. The store is always clean, the food is tasty and they accommodate as much as they can. Such a huge variety of foods to choose from, the menu is beautiful and there are soo many sauces. They do not mind giving you a sample of something you are unsure of and if you have allergies they will look into the company booklet to ensure you do not get affected by any ingredients. This place is worth a visit to anyone, come one, come all, eat it all! 😄“

“Banana House is a small deli located in a retail shopping strip near the intersection of Dolfield Avenue and Cold Spring Lane in northwest Baltimore. It is situated next doer to the famous Hairmasters Barber Shop. The store is clean. Like many small delis in Baltimore. the walk-in customer service area is very narrow and partitioned off from the cooking area with plexiglass. There is limited seating. Staff were very cordial and friendly. The food was prepared in a timely fashion. The lake trout and french fries was very good. I enjoyed the special meal which came with a drink. I will return. I give this Baltimore deli a rating of 5 .“

Also, another review said that the pizza was lackluster. I feel the opposite. Both times, it was delicious. I got regular white pizza. It isn’t traditional though. It kind of reminds me of lasagna. The cheese just has a certain bite / texture to it that just hits perfectly. Can’t forget that crispy crust! Have to get it without the oregano though; too overpowering for me! And I can’t forget to mention the bread used for their sub rolls - simply excellent! There were a lot of places for pick up but I couldn't find any parking directly related to the restaurant. Every spot around it was a pick up spot, so I did as some others did, and parked in the lot for the grocery store and walked through the line of cars at the drive up windows. I find the restaurant good for kids although I question no parking to eat in. The young lady who served us was very nice and the main store had clean tables and stocked the condiments well.“

“Let me start by saying that I am not one to leave a review, good or bad. However, this night my husband and I came to California pizza kitchen not realizing they were approaching closing time. We walked in and did not see anybody else in the restaurant so right as we were turning to leave, the manager came over and said she'd be happy to seat us and wait on us. Not once did we feel rushed, in fact, she took her time and made us feel so welcome. Our food came out hot and delicious. The manager was very attentive, we did not have to ask for refills, she was right on it. I believe her name is Rachael. She truly made our night, we had a great conversation. You can clearly tell she cares about delivering the best customer service! Will be coming back for sure!“
