“One of the best in town, primarily due to the extremely friendly personable and accommodating staff. But the Baskin-Robbins ice cream here is exceptionally good, possibly due to the fact that they don't keep the freezer too cold, often a problem in ice cream shops which make the ice creams very hard. And the flavors seem more intense here“

“I usually order ahead on the app and the people have my order ready. It takes me at most 7 minutes to get from my place to the dunkin and i hit the order button as soon as I leave my place. Order is ready when i get there. The only difficulty is exiting the parking lot but that’s not a dunkin issue.“

“The ladies at the Owings Mills Krispy Kreme are AWESOME!!! We placed a short notice order for 25 dozen donuts on Labor Day weekend. It was a ridiculous ask, please try not to do that to these nice ladies!

“I don't generally leave reviews, but this store and the employees here definitely deserve it. I have frequented this location for more than 2 years, and the employees here are second to none! It's always a welcoming feeling when people recognize you and remember you. They see hundreds of people every day, but when they spot you and offer a smile and a pleasant tone and then remember something small about you (or even remember your order) it says a lot about the community you and them have built TOGETHER. From the moment I pull up, between Molly or Jay, they ALWAYS know my car and my order before I even speak! Bela runs the drive thru window with ease and always has a kind word and warm smile. Balvider (I really hope that I'm spelling her name right) moves with efficiency and is always ready with a wave and smile. Mr. Patel (the BossMan), with his signature leather fedora, is also always so welcoming. In a world where the ART of genuine customer service is increasingly being lost, the folks at this Dunkin really seem to enjoy what they do. It's like getting a warm hug from family whenever I walk in or drive up. And even in the rare instance that my order is incorrect, they never cease to correct it with a smile. I'm so thankful for the fellowship that happens whenever I go there because I know that I will leave with more warmth in my cup as well as my heart ❤️“

“I absolutely ADORE this place. I am there at least 4x’s week. The place is clean & food is always fresh but…The service alone is always amazing! They make you feel welcomed. No matter the time of day or how extremely busy they can get. I’ve been there a few times when it just wasn’t a good day for me but they always seem to put a smile on my face just by being welcoming. I attached the video just to show how animated a simple greeting can get. Sometimes, just a good greeting can get you on track. “When I walked In To learn that the Box of coffee I ordered on line was not ready and that it would not be because there were no Boxes to fill!!! What … who does your ordering ? Inventory??? But I must say the young man behind the counter stepped up and apologized 10 times he made things right by giving us 6 cups of coffee. It was a disaster for our wedding party, but honestly, this young man’s kindness and respect made me smile. His parents should be proud ..medium build dark hair, curly maybe Shawn or Aaron ?? Parking: Usually there are bunch of multiple open spots,even if there may be a lot of other cars too.“
