“Exceptional customer service from the moment I walked in, greeted by an employee who escorted me to the VIP Lane for check-in. The entire staff was attentive during my week-long stay and made the stay memorable.

This location hosts a lot of conventions and there was a fun influx of new guests all week to share the evenings with in the Bonvoy Lounge.

“I recently had the opportunity to visit the newly remodeled Chick-fil-A restaurant and wanted to share my thoughts on the overall experience. While the restaurant's updated appearance was impressive, I couldn't help but notice some areas where the customer service could have been improved.

Firstly, I must commend Chick-fil-A for the beautifully remodeled restaurant. The new design is modern, inviting, and creates a pleasant dining atmosphere. Additionally, the cleanliness of the establishment was remarkable, with well-maintained dining areas and sparkling restrooms.

However, I did notice a decline in the level of customer service since the change in ownership. The staff seemed less attentive and lacked the warmth and friendliness that I have come to associate with Chick-fil-A. It was a shame to see the standards seemingly lowered at this location. I hope that the management takes note of this feedback and works towards restoring the exceptional customer service that Chick-fil-A is known for.

On a positive note, the food quality remained consistently good during my visit. The signature Chick-fil-A sandwiches were flavorful and well-prepared, showcasing the brand's commitment to using quality ingredients. The taste and freshness were as enjoyable as ever, and I was satisfied with my meal.

Furthermore, the restaurant's cleanliness was praiseworthy, except for one minor issue. I noticed the area around and under the trashcan near the front of the restaurant on the outside could use some attention. While this was a small flaw in an otherwise clean environment, it is worth mentioning as it could be easily addressed to maintain the overall cleanliness of the establishment.

In conclusion, the newly remodeled Chick-fil-A restaurant offers a visually appealing and clean dining experience. However, the customer service fell short of expectations, and it seems that standards have been lowered since the change in ownership. Nevertheless, the food quality remains consistently good, and with some improvements in customer service, this location has the potential to be exceptional once again.

Was not happy. Came back and was upset of course and explained to them and showed them the burger without bacon. I talked to one of the employee to explain to her about the dilemma and she was nice and explained to me how busy they can get. “We always order online. Only had a couple of problems but that was with the app not with the store itself. That said whenever we pick up it’s ready to go and the place is really busy. Drive thru line is busy so it’s slow but they try really hard to keep it moving. The food is amazing, my husband is addicted. And every time we do manage to place an order(for a while the app wouldn’t take any cards we tried to use to pay) they have always gotten it right. I am really weird with sauces so that’s impressive. It’s a little more expensive than average burger joint especially if you want sides with your burger, but the burger itself is really good.
