Mediocre and over priced coffee plus less than appetizing scones, etc. But it is convenient and almost the only game in town.
Remove merchadise (oven mitts) that have words like "horny" & "fucking" from your entry area. Families that care about what their children see and read expect more from a coffee shop. Even Spencers puts that kind of trash out of the main entry areas. Left without ordering and wont return
