I had to try this place when I found it on Yelp. I miss eating homemade Vietnamese jelly desserts from old gatherings with friends so I was excited to check it out. Nice bright spot with easy plaza parking. We had the classic bahn mi, Vietnamese coffee, and che. All were good. The che had so many yummy things in it like lychee, palm seed, and jackfruit that it was filling. It would be nice if they had sugar levels like bubble tea spots. They may have and I don't recall. Never had Pandan but was encouraged to try it.Do not regret it, it was super yummy.The mango tea was also super yummy.10/10 could come back when I'm in the area next. I want to try more of the menu.Parking: Lots of parking directly in front.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE, every last person ive encountered who works there has an unbelievable amount of respect and are very nice. The Boba is also SUPER GOOD. You should go again sometime.
