This place is a real surprise to me. They don't have any food that we can complain about. And the chef is so kind. And they give free chai with our purchase that's so tasty. I tried their koththu paratha, uthappam, pani poor, biryani, masala dosa, chicken 65, and noodles; all this food is 💯

This place has amazing dosas. very crispy and flavorful. The sambar and chutney is also nice. Dosa masala could use a little more salt, but other than that, really amazing dosas!!

Dosa Heaven Food Truck is a humble food truck located right outside the town square at a gas station. The bright orange truck offers a seriously impressive amount of variety for a food truck. The dosas are amazing, very crispy and flavorful, and the masala dosa is a top favorite. The sambar and chutney are also nice. The menu includes koththu paratha, uthappam, pani poor, biryani, masala dosa, chicken 65, noodles, saag paneer, chicken curries, fried rice, and butter chicken. The fried rice is on the spicier side, and the butter chicken is nice and creamy. The chef is kind and serves with love, and free chai comes with a purchase. The owner is very nice and is ready to make food with whatever is left even when everything is finished. The food is full of flavor at reasonable prices. It is one of the top favorite places for Indian food in Rockville and Gaithersburg. The location has street lights above so it does not feel sketchy at night. It is the kind of place you try once and then crave again the same week.
