I ordered some hash brows and one of them was burnt. The ones that weren't burnt were good. I also went into the bathroom and the hand soap dispenser was broken, which was very upsetting.
Not trying to get anyone fired or anything, but you may want to tell your employees, when a customer says that the tea isn't sweet, you don't take the customer's cup, taste their drink w/ their straw, add sweetener to the drink, and hand it back with the same straw in it and say "Try it Now".
