my experience at golden pearl was a 10/10. the food was amazing, i’m a big fan of east pearl on rockville pike and this is the perfect quick service version of it. the service was incredible as well! the boy serving me my dumplings was super cute and friendly! he really made the experience special.

For all the items I've visited the market, like 8 years later I find out they have a restaurant. Not sure if I was blind but ave the best for last. Very good food and great prices. The guy at the counter is always helpful and friendly too.

Tasty and authentic Chinese dim sum and lunch plates on offer. They were friendly and helpful, although my Chinese is not very good. Thank you, Alex! The dim sum is generally $4.95 a container. The star of the show is the roasted pork bun. Big and pillowy, it’s a great deal. The curry pastry is good, and I like the big shrimp shumai. The steam ribs are bony but tasty. My mom usually asks that I also pick up a lunch plate to go and order veggies to round out the dim sum. The $10.95 plate includes a seaweed and egg drop soup. Don’t be shy: I ask when the dim sum was made. They’ll proudly tell you when it was freshly made.

The prized dim sum is the roast pork buns, which sell out quickly each day.

For a festive occasion, adding a pound each of Cantonese-style roast pork and roast suck makes it a feast. The roast pork is very flavorful. I used to drive to Ranch 99 to pick up roast pork and duck, but it’s very well seasoned here. I can save a drive now.

Note it is an area near the cashier lines. I feel no ambience but it’s tasty and hot, and the place offers great prices.

This food court is located inside the Great Wall grocery store, making it very convenient since I shop there every couple of weeks. While it primarily caters to takeout orders, there are a few tables available if you'd like to consume the food there.

The menu includes three-entree plates with rice, Chinese BBQ meats, and dim sum. We've tried them all, and they are consistently very good. I am a big fan of their dim sum. Although the selection isn’t as extensive as a dim sum restaurant, the quality is outstanding and very reasonably priced. The shrimp in rice crepes, egg tarts, and lotus leaf sticky rice are particularly good.

The staff at the counter are very friendly. Overall, it’s a great spot for a quick takeout meal.

We like to stop by here while shopping at great wall and get a couple dim sum dishes to go. I think the $4.95 price per dish is reasonable. I haven't had their 2 entree plate but I saw someone in line get it and it seemed they fill the box very fully and the portion is good. I wouldn't go out of my way to come here but while shopping at great wall it's very convenient to stop by and pick out some things you like.

One of my favorite restaurants!! I enjoy the siu mai, har gow, shrimp in rice noodle, stuffed bean curd, lotus leaf sticky rice, egg tarts, and rice cakes. The prices are great and the food consistently tastes good. I recommend Golden Pearl to anyone looking for good food and good service. You won’t leave here unsatisfied ?

It's very oily, the spicy dishes are not spicy at all, it looks great and tastes very average, I wish the previous chef at this place had done the dishes and there are very few dishes always so

Trying Golden Pearl for Mother's Day for the first time, I went and got bunch of dim sum dishes for the family. Yes, they were understaffed, I had to wait a long time and ultimately changed my last few dish for something else. Coming home to enjoy our meal, my family member bite into a stone in the bean curd roll with oyster sauce dish. Called the store about this and they will go through their insurance pay for damages. Never had this experience before and will not go back. All we want is an apology instead of rude manager what was worried collecting money at the register.

Super friendly and super accommodating. This store is top notch. I’ve never done embroidery before and had no idea what to expect, but their products far exceeded whatever expectations I could’ve had. I am beyond pleased with how everything turned out and will definitely be bringing my future business back here. Thanks Gorman’s!

Great customer service, they literally know uniform requirements for every school whose uniforms they carry and they have a great selection of spirit wear for Good Counsel!
