“Find this new cafe within "The Spot," actually on Beall Ave. at N. Washington in Rockville, across from R. Town Center & the back of the Library. Enter free parking from Beall Ave. The Spot has several other Asian-themed cafes inside, a small self-contained food court. Some are desserts only, another has shish kebabs, etc. PokiDC is a chain. Delicious, fresh fish (marinated or not, spicy or not), plus other proteins (chicken, tofu, etc.). Tons of good interesting veggie toppings. Choice of rices for base or greens. Like a Cava, only the Poke bowl ingredients. Many sauces to choose from. And Mochi there for dessert! Plentiful seating in a casual, pleasantly decorated hall. Not noisy when we went. In nice weather it has a small outdoor set of tables, screened from parking. Check out this new gem! But it won't say PokiDC on building, only "The Spot."“

“This is my go-to poke bowl spot whenever I visit my parents in Rockville, and honestly, I feel like it’s a bit underrated because it’s so damn good. The salmon is always incredibly fresh, and I love pairing it with imitation crab.
My usual toppings are scallions, sesame seeds, sweet onions, mixed greens, spinach, lettuce, seaweed salad (a must), sweet corn, edamame, cucumbers, cilantro, masago, and sweet egg. The portions are generous, the flavors are consistently great, and the price is very fair for the quality you get.
Definitely one of my favorite poke spots in the area!“

“Yay yay yay!! I'm so excited LnL is in Rockville!!! Being from California, I was sad when the closest LnL was in Virginia but now there's one next to home. I'm so happy. If you haven't had Hawaiian food, try it and get hooked. 🤙“
