Today (August 21, 2023) is the first back day for Montgomery County Public School teachers. As Co-Vice President of School Support for Stone Mill Elementary School and Treasurer of Cabin John Middle School, we have in the past placed monthly large orders from Krispy Kreme at Falls Grove Plaza. We've never had any problems until today. Our school placed a combined order of $386.17. 😡 Called the store because the app and the website gave me an error message. I explained that I had tried to order but received the error message, and later noticed two confirmation emails (so the order went through twice). The person I spoke to at the store told me I was wrong, because there was only one order in my name at the store. I told her I had two emails and she said, "That's not what you said."
