The batter was stuck.
the price is solid for being around only $10 per bowl, but… there was something seriously off. I got the #1 beef noodle bowl for takeout and I highly doubt the noodles are fresh, since it was incredibly difficult to “unravel” them in the soup. the soup was also just missing flavor, and the meat wasn’t really tender. I recently went to Lanzhou Hand Pulled noodles in Rio & it was far better, which actually inspired me to write this review! I wouldn’t get these noodles...read full review
Ordered beef noodle soup. Noodles are kind of raw. I asked them to replace it. Just ok.
