Love this place. The entire experience from the shop in the front to the restaurant in the back is amazing. Their bathrooms are themed (Mario brothers and Studio Gibli). Their bathrooms food is great and their pancakes and deserts are just good and comforting. Staff is friendly and helpful and the place is nice and clean. Definitely worth a look.

Okaeri Japanese Cafe & Anime offers a cute and lovely atmosphere, described as an excellent and chill environment. The food is consistently noted as amazing, great, and pretty good. Popular items include the subtly sweet and super fluffy matcha soufflé pancake, the soft and delicious strawberry souffle pancakes, and the super good omurice curry. The curry katsu (pork) features very light, extra crunchy batter with a good amount of curry sauce. Rice balls do not skimp on filling, and the matcha tea, served in a neat little kettle, is considered severely underrated and really good, especially with the ube cream top. The restaurant can be super busy on a Saturday night, with not a tremendous amount of seating, though mid-afternoon visits may be easier. Some seating is noted as too soft and low. A store at the front sells various merchandise.
