About Pop-up Patisserie

Pop-up Poutine - Taste of Montreal is a restaurant that specializes in the classic Canadian dish of poutine. Nestled in Rockville, Maryland, this hidden gem offers a variety of delectable poutine options, as well as other mouthwatering menu items.

The restaurant's signature dish, the Classic Poutine, features hand-cut fries, house-made gravy, and squeaky cheese curds, all coming together in a harmonious blend of flavors. Customers have raved about the D.C. Mumbo Fries, with juicy, well-fried chicken and tasty mumbo sauce, as well as the Peruvian Poutine, which combines the classic poutine with stir-fried sirloin, onions, and tomatoes.

Beyond the poutine, Pop-up Poutine also offers fried cheese curds, a crispy and flavorful fried chicken sandwich, and a Tex-Mex bowl. While the Misir Wot, a vegan dish with red lentils and spicy sauce, was deemed a bit bland, the Korean Bulgolgi Beef was praised for its surprising tastiness and well-marinated beef.

With its easy online navigation, attentive customer service, and decent parking, Pop-up Poutine has become a must-try destination for those seeking an authentic taste of Montreal in the heart of Rockville.

Pop-Up Poutine helped me out in catering my event on super short notice, and they did a great job. They were quick & communicated clearly, and the food was excellent! Whether as an event organizer or just a hungry person, I'm a big fan!

Whenever the food truck is nearby ... I’m there. It’s amazing!!!

I only ordered this smoked meat sandwich because the truck was getting ready to leave. I was absolutely not hungry yet. I was going to take it home to eat it for dinner later.

It is all gone.

Seriously, this sandwich went from “I’m just going to take a bite to enjoy it while it’s warm” to “Well, that’s gone now” in about 10 minutes. My only regret is that I didn’t eat it slower, so I could enjoy it for longer.
