“The best experience! From the moment we walked in Carlos was very attentive, it was my families first time there and they were unsure about the safe flavors. He came to us with all the sauce flavors to try. He took his time to explain everything. He checked up on us to see how we were doing. He also came and recommended dessert which was sooooo good. “Fantastic pastries! The fruit/berry pastries and mochi donuts are my go-to and my husband loves all the varieties of croissants. The coffee can be hit and miss (sometimes the flavorings they put in their specialty lattes are a tad overpowering) but they're good enough that I will keep ordering them. Staff is always great, too. Very friendly and they work hard to make sure the displays are full and fresh.“

Seeing the staff greet regulars with such warmth made it apparent that this is a great place with hospitality that goes above and beyond. “Been coming here as my personal Favorite ramen restaurant for about 4 years now. I have to say with the level of quality, taste, and service all are amazing. The wait is always worth it. The sushi is fresh and I'd recommend any of the tuna, while I don't like salmon, it's still fresh and tasty. They're very kind about mistakes and are quick to fix any issues. The volcano base with the spicy pork belly is my go-to, but all the options are great. The rotating appetizers are always fun to experiment with but the karaage is my favorite! The desserts are hit or miss but I'd definitely recommend the ramen, bowls, udon, and appetizers! I hope to see this business grow in time. Bark!~“

Most of the tables were empty, except the bar, which seemed packed for their happy hour specials (which looked fantastic by the way). Our server was great. Every tapas we tried was delicious. The drinks we had, a Lemon Drop Martini and an Old Fashioned, were both fantastic as well. It had been over 10 years since our last dinner here and we were very impressed. “I had such a great experience at Mosaic Cuisine! We absolutely loved everything about it. The atmosphere is cozy, clean, and very chic — a really pleasant place to sit and enjoy a meal.

We ordered the Breakfast Mosaic and a Nutella waffle with fresh strawberries and banana, and both were amazing. Everything was super tasty and beautifully prepared. The hash browns deserve a special mention — honestly the best hash browns I’ve had in my entire life! Perfectly crispy and full of flavor.

The coffee and strawberry lemonade were also amazing - fresh and delicious!! The only thing I didn’t personally care for was their syrup, but that didn’t take away from how delicious everything else was.

“We were in Gaithersburg for a soccer tournament with our son. We googled nearby Italian restaurants and stumbled upon Il pizzico. Being of Sicilian descent, I noticed they had some familiar foods you can’t just get anywhere and made a reservation. What a pleasant surprise! From the carpaccio and arancini appetizers, pasta and risotto to the gelato and cannoli desserts, everything was 5 stars. We will be back in the spring!“

We recently moved to the area and have been on the hunt to find a go-to sushi spot. I think we found it! Portions were great, price was fair, and it felt great supporting a local business over all the chains around Rockville and Bethesda. A couple chefs and one super friendly woman serving the food.

This isn’t the place you go to for a full on dining experience with fancy/expensive cocktails. Because the majority of their business is takeout, everything was served out of to-go containers. As long as you don’t have issues with this, as we didn’t, you’ll enjoy it.

“The cauliflower taco on the sprouted grain tortilla is a little messy but so worth it. Kale is much better than what normally comes on a taco, and the flavor doesn’t overwhelm as kale is known to do. From the sauces, there is a good heat which was a nice surprise the first time. My favorite item on the menu which also has other great items!“
