Whenever we can, we come here on Friday, sit down, enjoy our favorite dishes, and let the busy week come to an end. It has become our little way of starting the weekend together.

Mookie and Blue are a big part of what makes this place so special. They always greet us with a smile, remember us and our usual order, and make us feel completely comfortable. We don’t have to think about much we just sit down, relax, enjoy our meal, and feel at home.

Over lunch, my wife and I usually start talking about our weekend maybe taking a drive, doing some sightseeing, finding a nice coffee shop, or simply enjoying some quiet time together.

Somehow, our weekend often begins right here.

Of course we love the food, but what keeps us coming back is the warmth, familiarity, and kindness. Sometimes a favorite restaurant becomes more than a place to eat it becomes part of your life and your memories.

“I came at 12 on a Wednesday and there was a line out the door but it moved very fast, I didn't wait more than 10 minutes to order and then my sandwich came out fast! So don't be deterred of you see a long line, there isn't much waiting space in side. The sandwich I got (The Hottie) was delicious in a way I couldnt explain, maybe they added some seasoning to it.

There's plenty of seating outside though it's right next to a rather busy road so you'll hear a lot of road noise. This was my first time there so I'm not sure what the upstairs meeting space looks like.“
