“Checked them out, got two classic chicken sandwiches combos...chicken breast were cooked just right and juicy but the fries had to travel so not that great once I got home. Also got 6 Korean sauce wings...were pretty good as well. Only negative we really had was the 2 can sodas we got were out of date. Check them can sodas and yu guys would have got 2 thumbs up. Not in that part of town that often but if I was driving past and wanted a good fresh chicken sandwich I'd stop in.“

“Arroz Chaufa bowl with chicken was fine a bit on the bland side perhaps but the mild garlic sauce makes it very very good and enough food for 3 meals so definitely got my moneys worth got 3 little containers of sauce to take with me along with my leftovers would definitely come back again“

The portions are always amazing and the food is on point! 💖I usually get the chicken with green beans, or fries ,and I’ve also gotten the steak, when they sold out of chicken. I honestly don’t even know where to start because this place completely blew me away. You can instantly tell there’s a whole new energy since the new owners took over. Everything from the food to the vibe to the service feels refreshed, upgraded, and done with real passion.

First off, the menu is INSANE in the best way possible. You can tell the new owners came in and said, “Let’s really do this right.” The flavors are bold, fresh, and straight-up addictive. The sliders are absolutely unreal perfectly seasoned, juicy, and packed with flavor in every bite. And don’t even get me started on the beef burger chopped cheese… WOW. It’s hands down one of the best I’ve had. Cooked perfectly, loaded with flavor, and made exactly how a chopped cheese should b comfort food at its finest.

Everything tasted fresh, hot, and made with care. Not rushed. Not sloppy. Just quality food done right.

Now let’s talk about the service because that’s just as important. Sam, the new manager, is AWESOME. Super welcoming, respectful, and genuinely cares about customers. You can tell he takes pride in the place and wants everyone to leave happy. That kind of leadership really shows, and it makes the whole experience even better.

The atmosphere is clean, welcoming, and has a great vibe overall. You feel good supporting a place that actually cares about what they’re serving and the people they’re serving it to.

If you’re thinking about trying this spot DO IT. If you’ve been here before under the old ownership, come back ASAP because this is a whole different level now. New ownership, crazy good new menu items, better quality, better service. everything is upgraded.

“My bf and I have been wanting to try this place for a while and finally stopped by a few nights ago. We weren’t even sure it was open because it was so empty.

We walked in and were greeted by the friendliest guy at the register. The place was spotless with the neatest ambiance/ decor.

We both got the meal with the slider and chicken tender. Those chicken tenders were GIGANTIC. I ended up eating the slider, which was the size of a full size sandwich and fries and took the tender (on toast) home for later. The fries were so crunchy and the chicken had great flavor. I got the extra hot which wasn’t too spicy. My bf got regular hot. We both enjoyed it and will be back. They also gave lots of pickes and Dave’s sauce which was also super yummy. 😋“

“When our car died, we went to Chick-fil-A while we waited for my husband to come jump the vehicle. We ordered one milkshake and asked for a few cherries. My son got one milkshake with an entire bottle of cherries on top and an entire bottle of cherries on the side. It made it what was a bad day, a very memorable and happy day for my 4-year old son! “It is my favorite place, except in some Chick-fil-A's in the area. I have to come home and fill the salad plate with my own to have a complete salad or else not enough. You only get 3/4 of a salad. Salads are to wet, sometimes not so fresh. But enough to decrease my trips to this fast food restaurant. My disappointment is just the with the salads because that is the only thing I buy and the kids meal for my daughter. The employees and the service is excellent.“

“I recently had the opportunity to visit the newly remodeled Chick-fil-A restaurant and wanted to share my thoughts on the overall experience. While the restaurant's updated appearance was impressive, I couldn't help but notice some areas where the customer service could have been improved.

Firstly, I must commend Chick-fil-A for the beautifully remodeled restaurant. The new design is modern, inviting, and creates a pleasant dining atmosphere. Additionally, the cleanliness of the establishment was remarkable, with well-maintained dining areas and sparkling restrooms.

However, I did notice a decline in the level of customer service since the change in ownership. The staff seemed less attentive and lacked the warmth and friendliness that I have come to associate with Chick-fil-A. It was a shame to see the standards seemingly lowered at this location. I hope that the management takes note of this feedback and works towards restoring the exceptional customer service that Chick-fil-A is known for.

On a positive note, the food quality remained consistently good during my visit. The signature Chick-fil-A sandwiches were flavorful and well-prepared, showcasing the brand's commitment to using quality ingredients. The taste and freshness were as enjoyable as ever, and I was satisfied with my meal.

Furthermore, the restaurant's cleanliness was praiseworthy, except for one minor issue. I noticed the area around and under the trashcan near the front of the restaurant on the outside could use some attention. While this was a small flaw in an otherwise clean environment, it is worth mentioning as it could be easily addressed to maintain the overall cleanliness of the establishment.

In conclusion, the newly remodeled Chick-fil-A restaurant offers a visually appealing and clean dining experience. However, the customer service fell short of expectations, and it seems that standards have been lowered since the change in ownership. Nevertheless, the food quality remains consistently good, and with some improvements in customer service, this location has the potential to be exceptional once again.

“Pretty fast service, nice employees, relatively average pricing for fast food. The only issue with this location is the amount of people running the registers. People usually make a line 30 minutes prior to them opening and the line stretches way too long. I don’t blame them if they can’t seem to find enough people to hire though.“

My order was ready and sitting there. They did not call my name. I had to go up and ask for my order. It was not even that busy. Tables were clean, but the bathroom was very dirty. So food was good, but the other things need to be improved.“
