We come to eat at the Rosedale location maybe once a month. Even on long waits when we are extra hungry, we always request Draven because he is a rockstar! Our drinks are never empty and requests such as extra napkins, gloves, bibs etc are always met expeditiously. We never have to wait long for food and it is always fresh and hot.

Went to the Rosedale location yesterday. My friend had never been, so I was excited to show her this place. We both got the AYCE special, which is ridiculously cheap for all the food you get! John was our server and he was fantastic! Friendly, checked on us a lot and actually demonstrated to us how to eat a crawfish! We will definitely request him when we go back!
Great food, great atmosphere and great service!
Everything was great until I realized the server never gave me my credit card back. The owner proclaimed to be checking the cameras but kept telling mgt to tell me it was too busy and they would call me. After an hour of passing the phone with the cameras between 3 people I was told the area that I was seated doesn’t have cameras.
