As one of the first employees of the Blue Crab under Brian and Hellen, I can say that the vibes are immaculate and you can feel their flair throughout the entire building. The coffee choice is the best on the Eastern Shore (over Rise Up) and they don’t try to be fancy with their menu. It’s fairly straightforward and everything is delicious (I’ve tasted it all). This place is extraordinary. Their willingness to source quality ingredients can be tasted. Very relaxing cafe and it is a wonderful morning retreat. Lyndsey and I love this place.
If you want somewhere to adventure to this weekend, you have to try The Blue Crab in St. Michaels. Plus, its right next door to the St. Michael's Farmers Market. So, grab coffee and breakfast and shop local this Saturday. You will not be disappointed!
