The Crab Claw is a true St Michael’s institution! This is its last season operating so definitely go visit while you can. Sitting out by the water and eating fresh seafood with a beer or one of their crushes is a true vibe. Just know that if you don’t have a reservation, you might be waiting a bit if it’s a busy weekend. The staff did a great job of keeping things moving and seated us as soon as possible. If you don’t book before they leave you two hours under the sun to take a table
We shared the Waterman's (fried) sampler with sides of a very fresh dinner salad and french fries, and we very much enjoyed all of it. The breading on all the seafood was perfect and not too thick. The food was cooked to perfection and the flavors were just divine. We went around 6pm and had a lovely table upstairs (inside because the humidity and heat have been a little extra this week), so we enjoyed the view of Miles River.
