“I'm sorry Anne's but Wetzels pretzels is the place to be. The pretzels are so much bigger than Anne's. I love all the different flavors of slushes they have here. Today I received a coupon for buy3 get one free. And what an awesome deal this was. I got 2 soft pretzels and two bags of pretzel bites. Gotta say for 30$ it's was pretty steep but these will not go to waste. Drinks we both got slushees blue raspberry and strawberry lemonade. The pretzels were warm. I would rather have a hot pretzel but I will except warm. They didn't taste stale which is a good thing. There was a 15 minutes wait and there was only 1 person in front of us. But the service was friendly. Like most of these stores the decor is super bright. It really grabs your attention.“
“Upon arriving at the auntie Anne’s at BWI airport, I was immediately drawn in by the impeccable atmosphere. The customer service astounded me; I was met with gracious smiles and sweet hellos from the staff. The professionalism within a bustling atmosphere was impressive! Their facilities are clean and they always wear gloves and visors to keep clean. The workers are genuinely angels from above. The food was freshly made, and their products are handmade on demand. When I bit into my classic bun, the flavors melted in my mouth. The portion size was large and hearty. I also ordered some yummy hot dog pretzels. They were heavenly, and the hotdog was so flavorful and a perfect complement! The outer shell was buttery and savory. I cannot say enough about the Auntie Anne/Cinnabon shop! Absolutely adorable, amazing customer service, freshly made food! What more could you ask for? Thank you, thank you, thank you. For the smiles you gave me, and the yummy feel in my stomach! How kind. “Lydianne's Soft Pretzels is to die for!I am not a huge pretzel fan but for these pretzels I could eat them every day!The dough is freshly made, soft. The breading is a bit sweeter than you would typically taste in the average pretzel. They have a variety of ways that you can have your pretzel. Breakfast themed logs in the morning with bacon, sausage, eggs, etc inside. Some sweet options like cinnamon and some savory. They also have lemonade and tea to drink.The service is quick. There is barely any wait in between ordering and receiving your items. As soon as you walk into the Dutch market they will be the first vendor to the right. Make sure to stop their first on your journey through the Dutch market!“
“I had a taste for a delicious pretzel, and since i had not bought one in years, i ordered it. It was shortly after they opened, so I expected the pretzel to be fresh. I even asked the staff member and she said that it was freshly prepared that morning. Though it was edible, it certainly was not the same caliber of pretzel that I have come to expect. I have no interest in purchasing another one any time soon. The staff member provided good customer service.“
“I'm typically not a huge fan of Walmart because it's usually packed, unorganized and too much going on for me. I do however order from Walmart.com on occasion and prices are typically very fair. I ordered a couple items online for pickup so I didn't have to shop around and I could be in and out of the store. I got there and my order was not ready. The young gentleman, who was very polite, went to get my two items. He came back with only one and asked the Manager if it was in stock elsewhere. The Manager, I believe his name was Anthony Woolford, from what my receipt says told me that the other item was not available until their next shipment. Anthony asked if I was ok with substituting it with something else. I was fine with that, as long as I wouldn't have to pay extra. He came back with something better than comparable and gave that to me instead of what I originally purchased. The Manager did a great job taking care of me as a guest and made a bad situation into a good one. I was very happy with the service and the way he handled the situation. He could have told me "Sorry, it's not available", like what most people would've done but he didn't. Thanks again!“
“Quick service. Affordable. 9/10 convenience. List a point because they don’t accept card.Good cinnamon sugar ratio. Not dry but not overwhelming. Soft bite and a good size. They serve it to you in a sheet of foil. 9/10.The bars are usually jumping at night, so you’ll have to walk by drunk people, blaring music, and more to get here. We had a drunk guy interaction and about 2 more random interactions. Not the most peaceful, but I don’t hate the scene when it’s active.“
