I stopped here after a series of flights from California, very much in need of a pretzel for supper. I ordered two Classic pretzels , and the cashier asked if I wanted salt or no salt. I forgot this was an option, so I was very happy to be asked! The case was well stocked with pretzels but they were out of the large cinnamon sugar pretzels (bummer). Located inside terminal A right by all the gates. I ordered mini pretzel dogs to share with wife & youngest daughter. The pretzel was warm, soft salty, and sweet. The weiners were warm and delicious. We all enjoyed this snacks. The cost was under $7 for 12 nugget size pieces. Employees were nice.

Upon arriving at the auntie Anne’s at BWI airport, I was immediately drawn in by the impeccable atmosphere. The customer service astounded me; I was met with gracious smiles and sweet hellos from the staff. The professionalism within a bustling atmosphere was impressive!
