My family had a sweet encounter with the associate before a late night flight. We bought a pretzels, my youngest passively asked for lemonade. The associate gave us the pretzels and was ringing up for lemonade and my wife and I said “no we’re not ordering the lemonade just the pretzels” and she said, don’t worry this one’s for free! She really blessed our family was tired after a long, flying and travel day!
