The pretzels are so much better than Annie's. On cold weekdays, Dave will pass out coupons for 40% off so you can get yourself a nice treat while you shop! He's very nice and friendly!
A little disappointed. I had a cheat day and was craving a pretzel dog. The staff was extremely nice and efficient. My issue was my pretzel dog. It was soggy which made me sad inside.
Wow we came when they had a buy 1 get one free we got the Carmel chocolate drizzle and dam they were good customer service was fantastic and he was so nice will definitely be going back

Wetzel's Pretzels is a popular snack spot in the mall. The staff is friendly and efficient, but the pretzels can be hit or miss. Some customers have reported soggy pretzels, while others have enjoyed warm and fresh ones. The menu offers a variety of options, including pretzel dogs and pretzel bites, as well as different flavors of slushes. The prices can be steep, but some customers feel it's worth it for the quantity and quality of the snacks. The store's decor is bright and attention-grabbing, but some customers have noted that the wait time can be long, even when there are only a few people in line. Overall, Wetzel's Pretzels is a convenient spot to grab a quick snack, but some customers may find it overpriced or unsatisfying.
