“This is one of the top bars/foodie in Locust Point/South Baltimore Fort Avenue.Food is priced pre-pandemic when compared to competition.Portions are generous and well presented by courteous, friendly, visible, and attentive helpful staff. It does not smell like an old smoky bar and it is clean! Appetizers were huge with novel seasonings.Very friendly place to enjoy a holiday with family and friends. Plus, a Baltimore first has lots of nearby free safe parking!“
“This is a true neighborhood gem. Vibe is cozy, food is delish, prices are very reasonable and service from Cameron was great. We went on a busy Saturday evening, but they seated us sooner than promised. Save room for the homemade desserts, too!And best of all, they have hush puppies and they're AMAZING.“
“Had a great time yesterday. The club is a nice place to hang out--good drinks, pretty dancers, and clean. Two things stood out to me: no pressure from any of the dancers and the bartender, Morgan, was fantastic. She has a great personality and takes care of her customers.“
“Stopped for a random late Sunday lunch when out shopping. Pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. Food was exceptional, good burger (oddly hard to find in Bmore), perfectly crispy wings, and fries and tater tots were also perfect. Atmosphere was obvious local hang out and music was eclectic (if a little loud for my inner old person). All and all an excellent lunch and I'm sure if we lived a little closer we'd be regulars.“
“There is a great atmosphere here. Very local and very friendly. The bar is a great place to watch a game. It's really exciting. The restaurant area is much less lively and it's easy to enjoy a great meal here. The size of the meals is huge. The burger is delicious. All the bartenders are really efficient too.“
“The food here has no business being as good as it is. Absolutely everything on the menu is great, and they not only have sushi but it's GREAT. Consistently a fantastic place to eat or get a drink after work if you're into that. Staff is always friendly and there's live music on weekends. An absolute gem of a bar and grill, right off the beltway!Parking: If the lot in front fills up there's an overflow lot right across the road“
“It is an excellent place in Maryland that we were told about after attending another packed pool hall. This place was a great local hangout that was perfect for us to go and play pool as a walk-in. The place was clean, with great staff, delicious food, drinks, and music. The locals were friendly and kind and made us feel at home--a diverse group of people and a reasonable price. We will go back to this place.“
“4 hours before every Ravens home game, this place opens to the public for thw TAILGATE. They serve $3 beers, $5 shots, $7 crushes, pit beef/ham/turkey, hot dogs, sausages, crab soup, chili AND have a FULL SERVICE BAR inside the Firefighter's Union Hall that is OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. Plus, they stay open during the game to watch on the TV's. All tips, profits, and any other benefits are for the Widows and Orphans fund. This is a place to walk to for tailgating or to watch the game only. There is no parking.Parking: During the game, park somewhere else and WALK here. It is across the street from M&T stadium, and there is no dedicated lot.“
“We went to Barracuda's for lunch following a visit to Ft. McHenry. My wife had the corn and crab fritter and I had a BBQ pulled pork sandwich. The fritters were fresh tasting, plenty of crab meat and slightly spicy. It was nicely fried and not greasy. The pulled pork was a bit sweet but not overpowering. Very tasty. The coleslaw was fresh and the chips were fried but not greasy at all. Limitless iced tea. The service was great and friendly. Clearly a neighborhood favoriteParking: Parked in a lot across the street that had a reserved sign but the server said that it was fine to park there“
“The food and service is awesome! I assumed a sports bar would serve greasy junk, but I was wrong. They have a great menu. Their wings are the best that I’ve had in Baltimore City.Dietary restrictions: Pretty good for Keto, but probably not the best for vegetarians and vegans.“
“Food and ambiance more than you would expect. Good portions of Very TASTY food. Nadi, our waitress, is so courteous and nice. Great communication skills and professional. She knew how to answer all our questions on the menu and gave us great suggestions!!!Definitely we will back soon!“
“The wings were great. However, the service was terrible. I went during the week for happy hour and set at the bar. The lady never acknowledged me and continue talking to a gentleman. She finally came over after 8 minutes of waiting. Yes, I timed it. Once over, her attitude wasn't pleasant at all. Food was great, but I doubt I will return due to the poor bar service.“
“An amazing time playing pool table! The place was a little busy, but very spacious so it did not feel too crowded. The alcohol selection was great and the team was very considerate, checking if we needed any refill or food during our games. The place is very popular with pool comunity, and helped a few champion to grow, hosting even their own events. It's a perfect place if you fancy a friendly match or be with like minded people! There are also a few screens, likely to watch big matches.Do not drink and drive.“
“Had a great time…loved the game selection-brought back some many memories!!! The drinks were definitely on point and reasonably priced. The Speakeasy was very sophisticated. The staff was cool… didn’t get a chance to eat, but the food looked delicious, We will be back?“
“Met the family at Pappas and had High expectations of a good meal and the Crab cake everyone's commenting on. Drink selection was great, had a Baltimore Bulleit (Peach schnapps, Gingerale, splash of OJ, and Bulleit Bourbon) ** will get that again. The meal... Cream of Crab soup, and the Seafood Sampler: Crab cake, Orange Roughy filet (2) large fried oysters, (2) Scallops, (2) Shrimp, and a "Jackknife Potato". Ehhhhhhh just get a Baked Potato. The Cream of Crab, one of the best I've had. The Seafood Platter was good, I was expecting more from that crabcake....it was good. I will visit again to see if I caught an ok night. Our Waitress was the Bomb.“
“Alex was the best bartender, he made amazing cocktails and was an amazing person to have as a server. He has definitely made our experience wonderful every time we are able to get him as our bartender. Would recommend him and the Worthington. The cocktails were absolutely amazing and we ordered almost every one off the menu to try them and Alex never missed. Would put 10 stars if I could!“
“Romano's is still a great place to eat. Best softball sized lump crab cakes (if your from Maryland you can appreciate), kids steak was delicious and definitely big enough for a adult to eat. If your not into seafood or steak, they have plenty of different options. Never had anything bad from here. Even the hot roast beef platter with mashed potatoes is a go to here.“
“Great place to grab a delicious meal!Wraps, salads, burgers, sandwiches or a main course with sides! Something for everyone…also a large wrap around bar. Don’t forget dessert, I recommend the Brownie Supreme!I almost forgot about the pizza, so good :)“
“I stopped in to pick up some wine for my mom, wasn't overly impressed with the store side. Crowded and unorganized.HOWEVER!! I needed to use the restroom before getting back on the road, so I crossed into the bar/restaurant side, I instantly wanted to sit down and have a drink. Everyone was welcoming, and seemed to be having a great time. And for a bar, it smelled really clean, and looked well kept. I called my partner on the way home and told him we had to check this place out our next day off! Don't let your first initial glance going in fool you, I'm pretty sure this is one of those low key awesome hang out spots. Can't wait to go back and try em out!!Wheelchair accessibility: While this is wheel chair accessible, it would be a tight fit initially entering, but after that there is plenty of room to relax and enjoy.“
“This is my favorite Greene Turtle ❤️. Always great food and service, and always a good beer list and tv selection for sports and for the kids too. Thanks Ricky for making sure we had a good experience even though the place was really busy tonight! Bit of a wait for seating but that usually doesn’t happen here.Vegetarian options: Beyond burger is really good, love the aioli and the brioche bun. Try the sweet potato fries too, nom nom.“
“Frank's is a great place. Atmosphere is cool and laid back, you can get a decent drink , and some bombass food too.most bar food is dry and nasty,Frank's do be hot and and good at least so when you get there tell him DRE sent you,and then , prepare for a really fun, safe evening.“
“Visited from Washington State and still can't get over the pickles in this place. The food and service was fantastic, fast, and friendly with a great atmosphere. Best pickles I have ever tasted, love building my own burger highly recommend!“
“Amazing dive bar with the best people, vibes, prices, solid drink selection, and good food. A true charm of Charm City. Great for watching the game and not breaking the bank. Love the exposed brick, spaciousness, and signs/stickers all over the walls too. No complaints!! You’re missing out if you haven’t come here yet.“
“Magerks is the place to go, no matter the occasion! Go before a Ravens game for a cheese steak and drinks specials or stay to watch the game and make new friends, attend trivia on Monday nights, or bring your friends for a turnt up weekend! Great staff and incredible management, delicious and budget friendly food, and an atmosphere for the whole family (kids to great grandparents welcome). Definitely stop by if you're in Federal Hill for a memorable experience!Kid-friendliness: Kids are always welcome!“
“It is a nice little spot to go and listen to music, play some pool and sing karaoke. The DJ plays good music and the bartenders are friendly. There is security there, so don’t go there acting up. The vibe is upbeat and friendly. The wings taste good and so does the fries. Order a blue motorcycle and tell them Dnyce sent you ?“
“A typical bar, nothing worth raving about. They have a good selection of beer that they keep updating. The food is okay, not something I'd go back for.The drinks are inexpensive and the servers are friendly. But the bar gets crowded, and overwhelms the bar tenders so it can take a bit to get your drink at times. On a positive, they have events on many nights of the week - trivia on Tuesdays, live music on Fridays/ Saturdays etc.Vegetarian options: They have some vegetarian options, but its limited.“
“Great spot for a late lunch, after pressing the doorbell for entry (very quick) I came for the soup and really enjoyed their open face Reuben sandwich that was on special! Low carb with only one slice of toast that had a generous amount of corned beef served piping hot with Swiss perfectly melted over the kraut and dressing, absolutely delicious. Service was fabulous, server provided a good knife to manage the sandwich (yes, I used a fork!) and ate every delicious bite. Friendly attentive staff, while the place is a generally a bar/neighborhood place, the food is great. Cream of crab soup was thick with crab piled on top, which I stirred in, a hearty offering. The place was great for lunch, and it's not hard to picture it bustling on game night,“
“So, I come in this bar every weekend n know most that work here in one way or another. This is my spot, the owner is really sweet and tries to get things done n helps in any way he can, he's been good to me, my family n friends but just everyone. I don't write reviews but this one deserves it. The food is always good, i love playing pool n the music is n bands r good. (And be patient, there r only so many bartenders and alot of customers, they will get to u, try to understand from their end) J.B. I appreciate u. ??“
“I think the true feather in the cap of this establishment is the staff. Felt warmly welcomed, well greeted, and the wait/tending staff is attentive without being too present, and are super personable. To be honest the food is fairly middling imho but they make really great mixed cocktails. ?Edit:(2/28/24) patronized for a second time while waiting on a car service next door. Awesome staff, excellent bartending service! Rachel A is a sweetheart! Good orange crushes and the wings are really good! Perfectly cooked imo crisp edges, good meaty wing and the sweet & spicy sauce is well balanced.“
“Honey's has undergone new management and honestly, I enjoy coming here. The food is amazing. I highly recommend the Crispy Mongolian Beef ($15.95). They have beer bucket specials as well and there kitchen stays open til 11 pm. They have a packaged good stores if you want to buy beer or liquor at the side, as well as 3 pool tables ($1-$1.50/rack).“
“Laid back country dive bar with Darts, pool, and karaoke It's got new management. Their equipment is old and could use replacing but the place is clean and tidy. Nothing shady or illegal as far as I could tell (probably due to new management)“
