THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. I ORDERED MY FOOD THRU THE DRIVE THRU AND RECEIVED THE WRONG FOOD. WHEN I TRIED TO GO IN TO RETURN IT FOR A CORRECTION I WAS TOLD NO. The employee told me that's what I ordered and refused to correct it or refund my food. I had to call the POLICE to get my money back....DO NOT EAT HERE PLEASE
I ordered a two pc chicken meal. Got back to my office and was appalled to pull this breast pc out of the box w a neck still attached! Needless to say I was unable to eat my meal. I tried to call them but no answer (nothing new there!). Contacted Popeyes Customer Service, they asked for pics and a copy of my receipt. Then sent me an email stating someone would contact me, —- they didn’t. Apparently this restaurant has no pride in their food. I figured at LEAST three people...read full review
Severna Park Popeyes - Went to the drive-thru & had to wait so assumed they were making our sandwiches fresh-nope! We ate in the parking lot so it wasn’t the drive home. We got tepid sandwiches with cold buns. Called management & they said ok. I asked if they were supposed to be made to order & he said yes. I said these were not. He said ok & hung up. This isn’t the first bad food or service so we are done! We will not be eating here again. To bad we had high hopes.
