The winery is an open air barn on beautiful property. We were greeted by a very kind and knowledgeable wine tender. The wines are very solid with most very good. The tasting room really needs to be better insulated and welcoming as it was very cold. The adventure of relaxing and tasting delicious wines in a comfortable environment is really just missing here in cooler temperatures. We had two space heaters running but three barn doors are wide open to the elements. It’s a shame...
Wonderful wine with great views, a peaceful atmosphere, and friendly staff. Very laid back and welcoming in a historical setting. Explore the battlefield then swing by for wine and music!
Have been here many times.
With the beautiful weather today we definitely wanted to spend it outside. This serene, out of the way vineyard (on the edge of Antietam Battlefield) was a great choice! There was live music, a food truck, and specialty beverages in addition to wine. If you've never been, check it out!
