“I had a great experience at the Cold Stone in Silver Spring! The dairy-free chocolate ice cream was delicious, and my son absolutely loved his shake. There was only one young Hispanic lady working, but she was fantastic—she greeted us with a smile and provided excellent service. It’s not often you see someone so dedicated to making sure customers are happy. I highly recommend visiting this location if you’re in the area!“

“Oh, this place was my favorite! The smell when I walked in was sweet and decadent. I ordered 4 bundt cakes. 2 for the grandkids and 1 for a friend and 1 for her grandkid. The red velvet was a hit with my granddaughter, and my daughter said it was good. My friend was so shocked how good her pumpkin bundt was. I tasted the snickerdoodle, and it was amazing! Not too sweet, but Rick tender and moist goodness. I recommend this place for your cake, goodness.“

“Savvy Treats saved the day for my daughter’s 3rd birthday party! I was looking for last minute custom Toy Story cookies because my original baker cancelled on me, and Cheryl answered my inquiry and worked with me to get our two dozen cookies ordered on short notice. Our guests loved them as favors and everyone said they were delicious!! I only wish I’d grabbed pictures before they were devoured! Thank you so much, Cheryl & Savvy Treats!!“

“Urzula went above and beyond to create the PERFECT "piano cake" for my visually-impaired pianist son! Working from just a picture I sent her, Urzula recreated the Kit-Kat piano "keys" that gave the cake a 3-dimensional texture my son could "feel" as well as taste! She helped me make my son's special 30th birthday in his new 'hometown' of DC so wonderful--even working long-distance with his mom in another state to surprise him! Kudo's galore! Thank you, Urzula!!!“

“We consider ourselves conesures of cupcakes. Traveled the US and abroad tasting cupcakes. These were the very worst. Customer service is terrible. Sprinkles, Georgetown, and Heaven Sent Cupcakery Cupcakes exceeds these by leaps and bounds and they all have EXCELLECT Customer service. Oh and their cupcakes are half the price. Sugar Vault is true to its name. The frosting like many have complained has no flavor and measures about a third of a cup in ratio to the cupcake and is unbarerably sweet. The cupcake lacked moisture and was a bit dense. The red velvet did not have a red velvet flavor. Oh and you can't go in to see what you are buying. This is the only bakery that will not allow you to enter even in small numbers rotating thru. Buyer beware...price far exceeds the value. $7 cupcakes, $16 cinnamon roll (haven't yet tried the cinnamon roll). Bought 2 red velvet cupcakes taste tested one and threw the frosting and other cupcake out.“

“Georgetown Cupcakes offers a wide variety of cupcake flavors. I’ve never visited where I didn’t have at least a 20 minute wait. It’s disappointing to stand in line for so long to discover that they only offer 1 gluten free option. Today the only GF option was chocolate lava. It’s unfortunate that they won’t offer a second GF vanilla cupcake option.

“Cotton was a delight to work with from start to finish. For a baby shower, I ordered cupcakes, brownies, soft-baked cookies, fruit tarts, and cheesecakes. Everything was BEAUTIFUL, DELICIOUS and arrived 30 minutes early. It was a huge hit with all my coworkers and they were all asking where I ordered these sweet treats. If I could give Cotton 100 stars, I would.“

“I needed 4 dozen cupcakes last minute on a Friday morning, and I came to this location because it was on my way into the office. The sales associate could not have been more sweet and helpful! She explained the different assortments and helped me find cupcake toppers for my occasion. In no time, I walked out with 4 dozen fresh, delicious, adorable bundtini cupcakes which were a huge hit with everyone at work! “I was hestitant based on the reviews but I can't let reviews sway my opinion on whether I am going to like a place or not. These cupcakes are amazing. My husband bought half and dozen and every cupcake was satisfying. They were moist and dense. I especially love their frosting because it is how I make my frostings. I will definitely come here again.“

“Cold Stone Creamery is one of my favorite ice cream parlors. They have a lot of flavors that you can choose from. It’s in a nice neighborhood, so you’ll enjoy the outside atmosphere. If you want an indoor space, you can enter through the Crystal shops gate where there are some tables and chairs. An excellent place to enjoy with your friends or by yourself!“

“Lucky enough to live right by this location. These cupcakes are perfect! Just the right amount of frosting to cake. Flavors are always changing to keep it interesting - but, at the same time, there are core flavors you can count on. The staff is incredibly kind. Everything is baked fresh right on premises every single day - not brought in from some other location. Prices are reasonable. If you are on their mailing list they often have promotions :) The mini cupcakes are beyond adorable. And, I have a neighbor that tells me his dog is totally addicted to the pup cakes. It’s a 10/10!“

“Good store! Their smoothies are really good but their "Mint Mint Chocolate Chocolate Chip" speciality ice cream is a little too sweet for my taste. The workers were pretty nice but they didn't say much (not that that's a bad thing). Overall I would probably go again, but just get a different menu item.“
