“I had a great experience at the Cold Stone in Silver Spring! The dairy-free chocolate ice cream was delicious, and my son absolutely loved his shake. There was only one young Hispanic lady working, but she was fantastic—she greeted us with a smile and provided excellent service. It’s not often you see someone so dedicated to making sure customers are happy. I highly recommend visiting this location if you’re in the area!“

“The original branch from where these iconic Cupcakes originated. It’s located in Georgetown on the shopping block. They have a very wide variety of cupcakes in all types of flavors and frosting. The available cup cake flavors are mentioned on the board inside the shop for the convenience of customers as they wait to order. They also have a large variety of hot and cold Coffees, while they also do have a couple of options for Tea as well. They have clear marking of the dietary guidelines and the staff also answer queries about dietary restrictions and advise on best cupcakes to pick. They have a small seating area that can accommodate up to 12 people at a time, though it does get slightly congested when full. They have clean and separate restrooms for both men and women. The store is fully wheelchair accessible. Paid street Parking is available around the area, but it’s difficult to find since it’s a busy commercial area on the front and a residential neighborhood at the back. The place is child friendly Overall this is a part of Washington DC baked items experience.“

I reached out to her because we were doing a corporate event and I needed a very specific theme. She heard what I was looking for and assured me that she would handle it! All the way down to the colors, she really hooked up our dessert table and everyone at our event was SO impressed and happy. I would definitely book again and recommend her for your events!“

“Urzula went above and beyond to create the PERFECT "piano cake" for my visually-impaired pianist son! Working from just a picture I sent her, Urzula recreated the Kit-Kat piano "keys" that gave the cake a 3-dimensional texture my son could "feel" as well as taste! She helped me make my son's special 30th birthday in his new 'hometown' of DC so wonderful--even working long-distance with his mom in another state to surprise him! Kudo's galore! “We consider ourselves conesures of cupcakes. Traveled the US and abroad tasting cupcakes. These were the very worst. Customer service is terrible. Sprinkles, Georgetown, and Heaven Sent Cupcakery Cupcakes exceeds these by leaps and bounds and they all have EXCELLECT Customer service. Oh and their cupcakes are half the price. Sugar Vault is true to its name. The frosting like many have complained has no flavor and measures about a third of a cup in ratio to the cupcake and is unbarerably sweet. The cupcake lacked moisture and was a bit dense. The red velvet did not have a red velvet flavor. Oh and you can't go in to see what you are buying. This is the only bakery that will not allow you to enter even in small numbers rotating thru. Buyer beware...price far exceeds the value. $7 cupcakes, $16 cinnamon roll (haven't yet tried the cinnamon roll). Bought 2 red velvet cupcakes taste tested one and threw the frosting and other cupcake out.“

“Savvy Treats saved the day for my daughter’s 3rd birthday party! I was looking for last minute custom Toy Story cookies because my original baker cancelled on me, and Cheryl answered my inquiry and worked with me to get our two dozen cookies ordered on short notice. Our guests loved them as favors and everyone said they were delicious!! I only wish I’d grabbed pictures before they were devoured! Thank you so much, Cheryl & Savvy Treats!!“

“I got my birthday cake from this place and it is just a lovey, beautiful and delicious. It absolutely made my day special. About the taste, I am enjoying “lemon-raspberry” and wish it is not a seasonal flavor. Also I wish, you could make “sugar-free” cake (with stevia or some other sweet alternative) for diabetes family member to have a piece…just a thought.“

“Cold Stone Creamery is one of my favorite ice cream parlors. They have a lot of flavors that you can choose from. It’s in a nice neighborhood, so you’ll enjoy the outside atmosphere. If you want an indoor space, you can enter through the Crystal shops gate where there are some tables and chairs. An excellent place to enjoy with your friends or by yourself!“

“Been coming to Sprinkles for about three years and they never disappoint. For me Georgetown cupcake is extremely dry, and Sprinkles is always perfect. The vegan red velvet is the star of the show...
I think it's all based on the individual of how they like their cupcake...Sprinkles has my vote, Baked and Wired, and then Georgetown cupcake.“

“Cold Stone Creamery in DC was an absolute delight! Abi provided exceptional service, making the visit even more enjoyable. I tried the Coffee Lovers Only ice cream, and it was rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced with roasted almonds, Heath Bar, and caramel. I can't wait to go back!“
