The food is great and the employees are super kind so no complaints there. But it was ridiculously hot inside. I was sweating just standing there for five minutes, so it doesn’t seem fair for the staff to work in that heat all day, especially when it feels like something that could be fixed pretty easily.
hopefully management fixes this because it would make a big difference.

Very disappointed! First of all, the order arrived 18 minutes late! I was supposed to get it at 7 pm and I ordered at least two hours ahead! Second, it arrived cold! I needed to reheat it but it is never the same! Plus no Parmesan cheese or marinara sauces were given on the side, we used to it before and for free!

If you value your heath and life, DO NOT EAT HERE. My family and I drove to sit at a Pizza Hut to sit and eat all to get to the establishment to notice the seating area was nonexistent. Tree tables and a few chairs. None the less we order two large pizzas with three topping, onions, mushrooms, and green peppers. Service was mediocre and when we started to eat the pizza, I noticed that I was chewing on something that we did not order. A meatless pizza that was served with wood. I demanded a refund just to return to my table where my eldest daughter spit out three pieces of wood. Very disappointed and disgusted. This place needs to be closed down.

Parking: This Pizza Hut sits on a corner and has a small number of parking spots available. However, there's ample parking right around the corner that I use in a pinch

I love this new Pizza Hut location. I ask for extra cheese and surprise, surprise, I actually get what looks like extra cheese on my pizza. The previous location I used to order from before this one opened always had me wondering what I paid extra for. I sometimes do delivery, sometimes pick up. I will say I hate the actual location’s parking lot, but that spot was always a pain to maneuver. But something that I noticed that this location does is show you your order (opens each box) before handing it to you. I thought that was a new thing all pizza huts were now required to do at all the locations after stopping by multiple times and them doing it with my orders until I had to order from my previous location because of proximity and they didn’t do the same thing (and my extra cheese was not extra, again). I said from then on I’d always go out of my way to go to this location. The staff is also always nice. And I never felt like I was a bother, even when I once had them bring the pizza to my car because I had my toddler with me. Overall, I really enjoy this new location and I hope the management and staff they have keep up the good work. It’s much appreciated from me and my family of pizza lovers.
