My wife and I have been tempted to stop by for a long time — tonight, we made it happen. And, it is all about the food — soup, entrees, dessert — all so incredibly good. Okay, nice interior, lots of seating, an intriguing bar, and kind wait staff. We will clearly return!

Some of my friends have raved about Regina's, so I decided to go there for lunch recently. Lots of parking in front. The restaurant is quite large & nicely decorated. My friend had the gnocchi special and I chose fettucini alfredo. I was pleased to find out they offer gluten free pasta which turned out to be penne. That was fine with me. The alfredo had spinach & walnuts in the sauce. It was very tasty & the pasta was cooked "just right". We shared a creme brulee that was warm & delicious. Bread & butter were served first but I couldn't partake of this. The lunch was excellent & service was attentive & gracious. This restaurant is a gem.

The chef and some of the other here were at Christina's when they won Best of Montgomery County in 2019; it shows. We've been frequenting the restaurant for the past year. We love their grease-free fried zucchini. The sauce on the tender chicken marsala sings. The shrimp regina topped with crabmeat is delicious. I'm also a big fan of the generously portioned Italian-style bouillabaisse. The Greek specialties look good too, but we have not sampled them. The salad comes with a nice dressing. And don't miss the tiramisu. Service is excellent, and the food comes out promptly. :-)

My favorite restaurant in Wheaton, and to be honest in the county as well. The food is well-prepared and delicious. My favorite is the souvlaki platter, but most recently I had the shrimp santorini and it was fabulous. The service is great, the prices reasonable, and parking is free and plentiful. I have had family gatherings there, business lunches, and taken friends there. Everyone loves it.

We wanted a decent restaurant in Wheaton area that was clean, plenty of parking and good food. We found it at Regina;s Restaurant. Moderately priced, they had very tasty Italian and Mediterranean style dishes. We ordered the Chicken Parmagiana, Lemon braised veal, the Chicken Marsala, Chicken and Shrimp kabob, and the Scallopini platter. All were top notch. For appetizers we ordered the calamari and the fried zucchini. Very tasty, but rather small and difficult to share with 6. For desserts we ordered the cannoli and cheesecake - decent.The dining room was well spaced and the service attentive. For a Sunday evening, it was not crowded. People in the neighborhood are missing out on a neighbothood gem.

Went with friends who had been here two times before and loved it. Regina's makes an excellent addition to Wheaton's diverse restaurant scene. It could become a neighborhood gem. Each of the four entrees were well presented and excellent in taste. The Mediterranean sampler (Hummus, tzatziki, eggplant dip, feta, olives and pita) was an excellent appetizer to share for four. The four dishes were Chicken and shrimp kebob, Bouillabaise, Shrimp Santorini, and the Felafel platter. Service was attentive.
