I am completely unsatisfied with the service, security and management. I booked a party of 9 people for a bday brunch. Our bill was welp over 500 dollars. We were there from 12pm-7pm. While there three different security guards were completely rude, and was over stepping their boundaries. They were antagonistic to guess. There is only one bathroom in the entire building, I went down stairs to use it and it was forced by security and host to pay an additional 30 dollars to go up...read full review
