My wife and I were traveling our last few days on the great loop when we were contacted by Solomon’s yacht club to spend a few nights at their facility. What a wonderful group of folks, from the time we got there to the time we left we felt like part of the group. I even give you two free drink passes when you arrive for their very nice pub bar. Solomons Island Yacht Club is a private club that offers a welcoming atmosphere for its guests. The restaurant features a variety of meal options, with standouts including the flounder stuffed with crabmeat, seafood cannelloni, and crab dip. Pair your meal with a blueberry Mojito or strawberry cake for dessert. Although there is no specific gluten-free menu, the dishes are generously sized and flavorful. The outdoor seating area with a marina view and upbeat music provides a pleasant dining experience. Service starts a bit slow but improves over time. Guests can expect a fun and enjoyable time with friendly staff and an all-around great vibe.
