“The Thompson Creek location is so much better & I will always go out of my way to drive to them versus Chester. They always go out of their way to go above beyond and if there is any mistakes, they fix them asap! The pick up window, the Hispanic girl, I believe her name is Nichole, is always so sweet with a smile on her face. all the workers, especially the young Spanish guy, accommodating, and helpful.“

“I went through the drive thru. I ordered a whopper. My order was taken quickly, and I was served promptly. I haven't had Burger King in years. The whopper sandwich was fresh . The lettuce was crispy, and the tomatoes were firm. It was the whopper sandwich that I remembered from back in the day. Keep up the good work.“

“Thankfully I checked my bag before pulling off. I was missing my nuggets, then realized my Ceasar Chicken sandwich didn't have the lettuce, tomato, and extra pickles (I paid extra). Also, the McDouble was missing the lettuce I paid extra for.
I had to go into the store and show them this. They then said they were out of lettuce. So I asked why you would still serve without letting the guest know. AND I paid extra for the burger. The manager gave me back a dollar for the missing lettuce. They rebagged my order. STILL my order was wrong!!! Now, no tomato or pickles on the Chik Sandwich! Gave me 4 nuggets, not 6. It was absolutely ridiculous!!! I will NEVER stop at this location again!!!“
