Employees should never serve bad food. if it is over cooked or not pleasing to the eye throw it out. For some unexplainable reason, service and food quality has diminished. I received a horrible chicken breast on my last visit and a cold chicken sandwich. When i called to complain I got no answer.
I paid for my food, waited a half hour while other people ordered the same thing and walked away. When I asked about my food, they had forgotten I ordered. I was standing in front of the register!
