“The freshest sushi in the area. Their bass, salmon, yellowtail, and amaebi nigiri are my favorites. The pieces of fish are big, and the bed of rice is warm and well cooked/seasoned. They also offer to make their rolls with brown rice, which can be difficult to find. The server is attentive and the seating area is nice, although it's small, so I'd recommend coming before dinner when it is less crowded.“

The fish in my Chirashi Sushi was fresh and flavorful, the miso soup was rich and had a good quality tofu mixed in, and my friends chicken teriyaki came out on a crackling hot skillet smothered in a delicious house made sauce. They also had good iced tea, which is nice to find in this area. I fully intend to become a regular here.“

I expected it to be half the amount of food I received and delightfully surprised at the amount of food I got for $11! I can see why they have 100% positive ratings. “Fantastic. All the dishes have a home cooked glow, rich flavor, and the feeling of special care. This is some of the best Chinese food I've had in Maryland. I just moved here from Rockville and I was sure I wouldn't find good authentic Chinese cuisine up here. I'm thrilled to be proven wrong. I'm so glad they're here. The restaurant is bright, warm, welcoming, cute, and well decorated. The staff are friendly, attentive, and sincere. We've been here four times in the three weeks since moving to Timonium. I've really enjoyed the Mala Tang, Pickled Napa Cabbage with Glass Noodles, Sautéed Triple Vegetables, any of the handmade dumplings and buns, Northeastern Eggplant in Black Bean Sauce, and Braised Beef with Potatoes. The dumplings are tender and beautifully flavored. I can't wait to try everything on the menu!“

“This is my favorite Chinese Restaurant hands down. Great service and food, and they have an entire vegan menu which is awesome. My favorite is the General Tso's vegan chicken . My husband loves the Orange Chicken and Crab Wontons. If you live in Parkville, you definitely need to try them!“

The bad reviews all turned out to be BS. I’m sure they have off days and some of the customers were just in a bad mood and they wanted to vent their frustrations out on somebody. It’s a good Chinese carry-out.

“China Moon is a superlative carry out spot! I visited for the first time and ordered simple items that I use to gauge quality. The egg rolls were large and packed with freshness. The hot and sour soup was redolent with white pepper and loaded with shoots and mushrooms. And my green beans were beautiful and plentiful. I will certainly revisit soon!
