“Best Burger I've ever had!“

“Real food the way Baltimoreans like it. Regular white sandwich bread for soft crabs Fried Liver and onions with bacon also. Rare Prime Rib. Just good home cooked food.They miss on a few items but,I've been going for 45 years and it doesn't disappoint. Service is friendly and excellent. Hope it never changes.“

“My family went to Hightopps tonight for a small memorial for my uncle. The food was delicious, our waitress Bree was great, the general manager, Kirk, was one of my uncles best friends, thank you for your kindness! I never met the owner but I can tell he is an excellent person. Thank you to all of my uncles friends that cared so much for him & for Hightopps wonderful service and kindness as well. I give this place a 10 out of 10. It reminds me a little like Seacrets in OC. Love the atmosphere and outside is so pretty.“

“The people are what make the place. My father (Richard Roden) spent many a year either working there of going for his 3pm beer. The love and caring of these people amaze me and while it was odd being in there today with out him. I understood why he never wanted to miss a day there. Thank you to all for looking after my Dad and giving him a home away from home.“

“Sad that security can't even do their own job and make sure patrons get back to their vehicles safe. This clown decided he was going to assault my daughters mother as she was leaving your establishment & put his hands on her. Then has the audacity to tell her he will smack her while she's on the phone with me. On a better note, I am paying for any information on the gentleman in the picture. Name, address, and I will keep it confidential. This type of behavior from a grown man that can't take no is unacceptable and I need to find him before the police do. Please and thank you. I also have a video of some of the events that she recorded of anyone wants proof.“
