“Real food the way Baltimoreans like it. Regular white sandwich bread for soft crabs Fried Liver and onions with bacon also. Rare Prime Rib. Just good home cooked food.They miss on a few items but,I've been going for 45 years and it doesn't disappoint. Service is friendly and excellent. Hope it never changes.“

“Had a rough day yesterday so I decided to stop by Nick’s to have a drink, bet on some ponies and talk to my favorite bartender, Chelsea. Chelsea was off so I had the opportunity to meet Heather. She was one of the friendliest people I’ve ever met and made my day a lot better. She was the only one working and was very busy. She made time to have a great conversation with me in between running drinks/food, taking orders and giving all of the other customers the same personal touch she gave me. If you go to Nick’s make sure you ask for Heather. Guarantee she will make your day better.P.S - Chelsea is also great!“

“The people are what make the place. My father (Richard Roden) spent many a year either working there of going for his 3pm beer. The love and caring of these people amaze me and while it was odd being in there today with out him. I understood why he never wanted to miss a day there. Thank you to all for looking after my Dad and giving him a home away from home.“

This clown decided he was going to assault my daughters mother as she was leaving your establishment & put his hands on her. Then has the audacity to tell her he will smack her while she's on the phone with me. On a better note, I am paying for any information on the gentleman in the picture. Name, address, and I will keep it confidential. This type of behavior from a grown man that can't take no is unacceptable and I need to find him before the police do. Please and thank you. “I got off the bus on my way to go to JimmyThe Boxer. A guys was standing on the patio and I asked was the food good here. He replied yes and if you like tacos, try the shrimp or steak tacos, they are really good. I ordered the Shrimp Tacos and Amaretto Sour. The total was less than $20. The drink was awesome, and the shrimp tacos.........whew. Did my spirit good. Food and service definitely will have me coming back! I forgot to take pic of the drink but included the tacos.?“

“August 24. Five of us came to enjoy lunch together. Very disappointed. My ultimate grilled cheese was not ‘ultimate’. Very little cheese, no tomato, and crab cake/meat was sub par. Another lady received the wrong lunch and then had to send back her lunch when the correct order was brought. Another lady had to send back her hot fudge sundae. We were told the hot fudge was made last week! It would have been nice if a manager had come to our table. Have been coming to Manor Tavern for decades and have never been so disappointed. Am coming again in September. Hope things are a bit better!“
