Fantastic new restaurant In Towson with a laidback vibe. Food and drinks were great and we are so thrilled to have it in our hood.

Based on the reviews, Banditos Bar & Kitchen offers food that is always tasty and absolutely incredible, with specific mentions of the Rus N Gus tacos being life-changing and the strawberry lemonade crush with rum being absolutely delicious. However, the restaurant has significant service and operational issues. There is a long wait for food, with one order for chicken and steak fajitas for 2 arriving as a serving for one person, with only four tortillas and a small amount of rice and beans. The cake was haphazardly slapped in the container, and lettuce that was asked to be removed was mixed in a gloomy heap with melted cheese and warm pico. The restaurant seemingly had no one answering the phone, and it is not fully staffed, even on a Friday lunchtime. Some staff are described as having an attitude and walking away while a customer is talking, and others are overwhelmed. Bathroom maintenance was horrible, and there are no napkins unless asked for. While one server named Brennan is described as an absolute superstar with unmatched energy and charisma, and another server named Evie was very sweet, the overall experience is inconsistent and often unacceptable.
