“A define Baltimore gem. Deep Asian takes on traditional American cuisine. Brunch was outstanding.
Gorgeous and relaxing ambience, incredibly friendly staff, delicious food and a wonderful vibe.
As an added benefit, if you like Everton FC, it also doubles as a fan pub.
Definitely recommend if you’re in the Hamden area.“

“Definitely a great atmosphere nice to see something like this in my old neighborhood. Eric and Chad were phenomenal. Me and my girlfriend definitely enjoyed ourselves. I felt like I hit a time machine and went back to the 90s down fells point. It definitely gave me that type of vibe. 💯💯🫡“
“As a patron and a former staff member, I know that Ministry is run by the best of the best kind of people who I miss so much no longer living nearby. Support these fine folks ❤️“

“We were a little surprised to start the evening by ringing a doorbell to get in, but the warm welcome that followed put us at ease right away. The atmosphere is fantastically unique, quirky, and full of character. The bartenders were genuinely friendly and the service was quick.
We ordered the Mac ’n’ Cheese with Jerk Chicken, Yuca Bites, Chorizo con Arroz y Gandules and the Cinnamon Mini Donuts. Everything was perfectly seasoned (especially great if you enjoy a bit of heat like we do). The only downside was that the portions felt a bit on the smaller side.
It also looks like they host a lot of interesting events like book readings, sip-and-paints, comedy shows and more. We didn’t get a chance to attend one this time, but it definitely added to the charm and made us want to come back.“

“A wonderful find, just a short, safe walk from the cruise terminal where our ship had just docked on Monday night.Large choice of beers and a good, lively atmosphere with music and sports on the tvs. We didn’t eat but the food looked good.“
“I love this place. Even before Peabody opened Dugout I was a fan of their arcade and Dugout is truly a special gem here in Baltimore. Great selection of games, tons of variety and rare cabs. All very well maintained. Bar staff is attentive and friendly.“

“I recently had a surprise engagement party here, and it couldn’t have gone better. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, the space was both spacious and reasonably priced, and all of our guests had an amazing time. Max’s is truly a cornerstone of the Fells Point waterfront.“
“Fun atmosphere, everyone had a great time!“

“If you are looking for a place to be harassed for your ethnicity and the way you speak COME HERE. The bartenders (girls) will make sure to make you feel like you don’t belong here.“

“Enjoyed dinner at the bar earlier tonight at Chilango’s. Delicious Jalapeño Margarita. The shrimp on on bruschetta were also amazing. Just moved into the neighborhood and will be back to try some more menu items.“

“This is a typical bar with with bar food. No Different than TGI Friday, except a little better. The service is "OK" the servers are untrained as to waiting on tables. The first thing that should be brought to tables is eating utensils and napkins, the water. The tables dont have slat & pepper available for their patrons, you need to ask for it. The menus are not placed in front of customers upside down. (And I even brought it to her attention and she still didn’t correct it) ?? All in all the server was trying very hard to be attentive. The food was not terrible, it's typical bar food, and dont expect anything more. The Boom Boom shrimp are pre breaded frozen shrimp with the tails on and then fried and covered in some type of sauce. My daughter liked the boneless chicken wings with hot sauce. The onion rings I thought were good. I ordered the toasted Italian sub and wasn't offered the option to get tater tots -vs- fries. I didn’t realize this till later and the fries were soggy. I think this is an "OK" spot for someone looking for a bar atmosphere and same for the food & service.“
