“I've been a fan of bubble tea for a long time and am excited to see more shops popping up everywhere. Tried Kokee this week while my boyfriend and I were in Towson Town Center doing a little bit of holiday shopping.The shop is located right outside the food court. And there was only one other customer while we were there. The whole process, from stepping into the shop to leaving with our beverage took less than 5 minutes. I got a strawberry milk tea with regular tapioca boba and it was probably the best milk tea I have ever had in life.Can't wait to go back and try a different flavor.“
“The service was quick, they had enough seats around to comfortable include a couple of small groups and there place was really clean.Wow. I've had boba tea in California, Europe, Georgia, NYC, etc. and this place was probably the best I've ever tried. I even had to go back the next day to order this drink again. The matcha flavoring was delicious and I loved I could order it with 0 added sugar. The tapioca pearls were the perfect consistency and not too sweat. The milk cap had the perfect balance of salty and sweet plus the ratio they added to the drink was perfect as well. I also appreciated that they did not overload the drink with ice and gave you a good amount of drink for the price.This place was si okay amazing. It didn't taste fake and full of fake low quality pre-made boba mixed. Honestly I can't recommend their matcha boba with a milk cap enough. I will be dreaming about this drink until I visit MD again. “Super cute cafe! Staff was very friendly they got busy quickly! I got the Awesowm Trio (Che 3 Mau) which is a traditional Vietnamese dessert. My mom makes this a lot and this definitely stands up to par. It was good. I got the passion fruit tea. The tea wasn't too bad definitely flavorful. I would recommend doing half sweet!“

“My husband and I are big fans of gong Cha as their tees are amazing both in selection and flavor. We were also super excited to try out Kyoto Matcha's desserts and Matcha-based drinks. I had a Matcha lemonade and it was absolutely lovely husband had a gong Cha, Earl Grey, tea with bubbles and crème brûlée foam. I also grabbed a slice of the absolutely out of this world Sakura cheesecake. The service was amazing the young ladies and gentlemen, that work there were absolutely friendly, and did everything in under two minutes, and the actual location itself was super clean and just really inviting and welcoming.
