We just walked out of the Chick-fil-A on York Road and it was a terrible experience. I took my 86 year old dad who has been talking about it and wanting to go for weeks after a long recovery from surgery. The cashier was rolling her eyes while waiting on us. She definitely didn’t want to be there and opted out of the signature, friendly ”my pleasure” of which CFA has become known. The sandwiches were over cooked and crusty. Didn't include half of the items on my salad, and put a cold soggy fried chicken piece instead of the sliced grilled chicken. Lettuce was so wilted I had to throw the whole thing away. When I called the store the manager was apologetic, and said they would give me a refund. Not sure how long that takes but I haven't received a refund yet. I've never had a problem at another location.
